Study On College Students’ Political Quality Training In The Process Of Political Modernization

In the creative course of over three-decade-long reform and opening up to the outside world, China has been building socialism with Chinese characteristics, leading to the stable upgrading of China’s comprehensively national strength, rapidly development of economic force and dramatic change of people’s living conditions. Those qualitative leaps can’t be realized without a powerful government. In a socialist country based on people’s democratic dictatorship, the construction of political civilization of China also can’t be separated from the training of people’s political quality. In the report of the18th National Party Congress, the reform on political system has been taken up to a new level. The reform on political system is the important part in the overall direction of China’s comprehensive reform. If China hopes to further develop the more improved, extensive and completed people’s democracy, it has to continuously promote the revolution on its political system proactively. In the process of the promotion of the political system reform, the political quality of ordinary people also exerts an important influence on the plain political life, playing as a booster in the sound development of China’s political system. From the perspective of college students, who act as the mainstay of China’s social construction in the future, their political quality training shall be emphasized. This paper is consisted of6section, including introduction; research’s related theoretic base; sound development of political modernization as the important factor for the training of college students’ political quality; status analysis of the political quality of contemporary college students; measures for political quality training of college students in the process of politicization; and conclusion. Soundness and health are the mainstream of the political quality of college students at present. Yet due to multiple factors, including social environment, network media, family and social transformation, there are still some problems making people anxious, which are worth of our attention and in-depth study. This paper has conducted field interview, investigation, information learning and theoretical analysis on college students in the new time; examined and understood the actually comprehensive quality and political quality of contemporary college students; and combined the features of modernization; aiming at making a reasonable analysis on the achievements and problems in the process of the political quality development of contemporary college students, and promoted related countermeasures and educational opinions for the optimization development of the political quality of college students in the process of political modernization, which will be to the benefit of completing the educational system of political quality and be realistic and profoundly meaningful to the training of college students’political quality.
