With the promotion of preschool bilingual education in the Xinjiang Uruguay Autonomous Region,preschool bilingual education of kashgar city has been fully developed.The further improvement of preschool bilingual education depends on the continuous improvement of Preschool Bilingual Teachers' professional quality.Therefore,the professional development of preschool bilingual teachers is not only the needs of teachers' personal professional growth,but also the necessary development of preschool bilingual education in kashgar city.The research focuses on the current situation of preschool bilingual teachers' professional development in kashgar city,in order to provide reasonable and scientific suggestion for the development of bilingual teachers in kashgar city.The Study selected six bilingual kashgar indergarten bilingual teachers of kashgar city as the research object.The author combined with the professional standards of teachers and ?Opinions of the autonomous region on strengthening the bilingual education of ethnic minority preschool?.The author further explores the current situation of kashgar city preschool bilingual teachers' professional development,from three aspects: professional understanding and ethics,professional knowledge and professional ability and questionnaire survey.It is found that the professional development of preschool bilingual teachers in kashgar city has achieved certain results.For example,good professional ethics level;basic coverage of teacher qualification certificate;qualified teacher education;the improvement of teachers' professional ability and so on.However,on the basis of the existing level of development,there are still some problems in the development of bilingual teachers in kashgar city.For example,teachers don't comprehensively understand the professional understanding,ethics and professional particularity of preschool bilingual teachers;teachers grasp the professional knowledge is not strong and grasp the preschool bilingual teaching and general knowledge for less;teachers use professional ability is weak and two kinds of language teaching in the teaching process and the use of children's teachers are not reasonable.In order to break through the bottleneck of preschool bilingual teachers' professional development in kashgar city,the author studies the current situation of preschool bilingual teachers' professional development in kashgar city.The research puts forward corresponding countermeasures from three levels in order to promote the professional development level of preschool bilingual teachers in kashgar city.Specifically,From the teacher level,teachers should actively change their awareness of educational ideas,establish a life-long education concept and reconstruct the concept of preschool bilingual education;teachers should enhance the consciousness of independent development in the kindergarten teaching process.From the kindergarten level,kindergarten should improve the ability of management in order to improve the level of bilingual teacher professional development.From the social level,personages of all circles should actively seek the support of the external environment and fully protect the basic rights of preschool bilingual teachers;we need improve the effectiveness of teacher education and achieve the improvement of bilingual teachers' professional development from training.
