The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward that the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the major contradictions in our society have been transformed into the contradictions between the ever-growing need for a better life and unbalanced development.With the implementation of the second child policy,preschool education has again been paid attention to from widespread public concern.Due to the impact of the natural environment and the social environment,the economic development in the west is relatively slow.Education in the western region is also at a disadvantage in the whole country.However,the bottleneck in the development of preschool education in the west is the problem of teachers.In recent years,although many measures have been taken in various regions of the western regions to introduce pre-school teachers from all over the country,the flow rate is still high.One of the reasons is that the new teachers are not adequately adapted to occupations.Therefore,study the occupational adaptability of new teachers in kindergartens,and stable teacher teams are imminent.In this study,we selected three new kindergartens in Kashgar City and 66 new teachers with a teaching age of 0-3 years as the research subjects.The main research methods are literature,investigation and observation,in order to understand the occupational adaptation of kindergarten teachers and to analyze the influencing factors of kindergarten teachers.It is hoped that it will be able to offer advice and suggestions on the stability of faculty and improve the quality of pre-school education in Kashgar city and improve the quality of education in ethnic minority areas,laying the foundation for the realization of the general goal of social stability and long-term peace and stability in Xinjiang.This study consists of four parts: Introduction,the status quo of kindergarten newteachers occupational adaptation,factors affecting the adaptability of new kindergarten teachers,and the strategies of improving the adaptability of kindergarten new teachers.First of all,the introduction part includes the origin of the research,the literature reviews of domestic and foreign research,the purpose of the research,the research design,the theoretical basis and the definition of the related concepts.Secondly,the status quo,mainly from the occupational ability adaptation,occupational mental adaptation and to occupational environment adaptation above four aspects to show the status quo of occupational adaptation.The third part is to discuss the factors that affect the adaptability of new teachers in Kindergarten from three aspects:teachers,the interior of kindergartens and the exterior of kindergartens.Finally,based on the results of the survey,from the new teachers,kindergartens,The three government measures from the micro level to the macro level are proposed in turn.
