Identity Research Of Xianxia Dramas' Network Fans

In recent years,with the broadcast of the Legend of Sword and Fairy,the Legend of the Ancient Sword,the Journey of Flower,Noble Aspirations and other dramas,Xian Xia drama is loved by more and more young people and then quickly gathers a large number of fans.Through the communication platform-baidu post bar,Xian Xia drama's audience change from scattered individual into one vast and organized group and Xian Xia fans group is worthy of research.Xian Xia fans' practical activities on the Internet,identity problems in the process of using media,as well as the impact of Xian Xia drama on the identity,are the problems discussed in this paper.First of all,XianXia drama has distinctive features in the development course,hot broadcast features,narrative features and audience which make Xian Xia fans group affect in the process of watching them.The author analyses Xian Xia fans group identity through three methods-the questionnaire,individual interview and analysis of post bar platform content.The author finds that Xian Xia drama fans have four major types of self-identity in the process of using the media which are idol worship,cultural capital,role playing and empathic experience;while group-identity occurs mainly by looking for differences,dividing borders,contrast and analysis and interaction.At present,there are six kinds of phenomena exist in the group-identity of Xian Xia drama fans group: fans have low sense of identity to Xian Xia drama post bar,Xian Xia drama post bars interlace,fans have strong sense of identity to Xian Xia series drama post bar,the same drama fans exist in different post bars,there is argument among drama fans,game fans and novel fans,idol fans share the same interest.On the basis of knowing Xian Xia drama,Xian Xia drama fans group and the identity of Xian Xia drama fans group in the process of using the media,the author continues to investigate the impact of Xian Xia drama on the identity which can divide into five main aspects: to avoid role confusion,identification of traditional culture,identification of strong attitude towards life,cause the "historical nihilism",etc.
