| Teenagers are in adolescence,at the border of childhood and adulthood,mental development is not mature,self-cognition needs to be improved,the main psychological task in this period is to form self-identity.However,the development and formation of self-identity of adolescents from single-parent families are more susceptible to influence due to their special family structure.Therefore,this study mainly explores the self-identity of adolescents from single-parent families,and aims to help adolescents from single-parent families improve their self-identity through the intervention of social work professional methods.This paper takes teenagers from single-parent families in MD community of S City as the research object,based on drama theory,psycho-social development theory and dominant perspective theory,and uses literature research method,questionnaire method,scale method and interview method as the data collection methods to investigate them,and finds that most teenagers from single-parent families have a low level of self-identity.They mainly have problems in self-worth identity,personal goal identity,interpersonal relationship identity and family role identity,which are respectively manifested as lack of self-confidence and low sense of self-worth,unclear short-term and long-term goal planning,passive peer group communication,estranged or strained parent-child relationship.At the same time,the above problems are mainly caused by personal reasons of sensitive and introverted personality,weak social ability,neglect and arbitrary parenting style,lack of family support family reasons,traditional education methods,insufficient psychological counseling resources school reasons,discrimination against single-parent families,social reasons for insufficient social support.In addition,teenagers from single-parent families have the needs to explore their own advantages,affirm their self-worth,clarify their personal goals,clarify their future plans,improve their social skills,improve the peer relationship,change the way of communication,and enhance family harmony.Based on this,the author recruited 8 suitable group members from single-parent families to participate in the survey,and carried out six group activities with the themes of mutual familiarity,exploring bright points,clarifying future goals,mastering social skills,improving family communication,and consolidating group achievements,aiming at helping teenagers from single-parent families to improve their self-identity.After the intervention of the group,the author found that the self-identification level of the group members had improved through the comparison of the pre and post measurements,which verified the effectiveness of the intervention of the group.The innovation of this paper is that the research question is selected as the self-identity problem of adolescents from single parent families,which expands the research field of adolescents from single parent families to a certain extent.Second,the practical intervention method innovatively integrates drama therapy into group work,which fully draws on the healing effect of drama therapy.It is a contribution to broaden the practical path of self-identity research of adolescents from single parent families.However,the paper also has some shortcomings,such as the limited time for the intervention of group work method.It is expected that the future research can continue to improve and perfect. |
