With the Internet and computer technology development,MOOC came into being.As a major application of Internet innovation,MOOC had an important impact on publishing industry and it is attracting the educational publishing houses.In recent years,the domestic MOOC has developed rapidly.However,although the number of domestic MOOCisincreasing,the quality is uneven.The evaluation of the MOOC platform has become the focus of attention.In addition,there are few studies on MOOC users'satisfaction at home and abroad,and there is not much theoretical and scientific methods of empirical research.Based on the theory of information system success model,social presence and teaching presence theory,this paper constructs an MOOC platform satisfaction evaluation model from the MOOC user's point of view by using the questionnaire method,factor analysis method and analytic hierarchy process.And then this paper explores the problems of Chinese MOOC by using this evaluation modelwith targeted recommendations.This study found that users of Chinese MOOC platform users'satisfaction is medium level in general.First of all,the domestic MOOC on the learning community construction has not paymuch attention.Although some platforms have opened a user learning community,but the activity is not high,in name only,can not meet the user's identity and sense of belonging.Secondly,MOOC teachers are lack of knowledge of MOOC,resulting in unreasonable curriculum time,teachers and users are not easy to communicate and feedback is not timely and other issues.In addition,the domestic MOOC system quality in the existence of platform design is not clear and beautiful,video playback cardton and other issues.The level of personalized service also needs to be improved.This paper argues that MOOC platform to improve customer satisfaction is the key to learning the operation of the community and MOOC teacher function improvement.Domestic MOOC mostly for colleges and universities to build their own,the lack of experience in Internet operations,the need to enhance community operational activity.You can run the MOOC learning community from helping you build a circle of friends and cultivate opinion leaders.Teachers as a key person to make MOOC customer satisfaction,need to use the traction way to guide students to fragment the knowledge of the logic of the series,through the condensed teaching content,innovative design interaction,update learning evaluation methods and other ways to assist students to personalize Learn.In addition,MOOC platform also need to optimize the system performance,so that the platform at the same time more users can still maintain a certain response speed,and system privacy.Improve the page design with front-end code.Finally,the MOOC platform can use the scale to analyze user characteristics and build knowledge maps,respectively,to achieve personalized recommendation and personalized search.This study will help the domestic MOOC platform from the user point of view,improve platform construction,increase customer satisfaction,improve the reputation of MOOC platform.At the same time,it enriches the theoretical research on MOOC customer satisfaction evaluation.
