Being an online teaching mode with complete teaching procedures, the MOOC course has attracted the attention of many users because of its flexible learning time, easy and free to use. As Mooc continues its rapid development in recent years,inevitable challenges arise.Although enrolments for some MOOC courses is rising over thousands,but the students who complete the course and get the certificate is only less than 5%.By qustionnaire survey and data analysis,thie study investigates key college students usage and demand obout MOOC who has got rich social education resources,making a comparison of tradional teaching method. And with the perspect of learning motivation theory,we analysis these issues and puts forward the strategies for MOOC and learners to promote students' use of MOOCs.Then ,this paper explores the future development of MOOC.The user behavior data released through the network questionnaire and collect MOOC class platform, collecting data for analysis using the logical tree, summed up the MOOC class currently exist on learners' requirements, curriculum and after-school learning effect is not ideal, lack of interaction problems. Through the analysis of the theory of motivation, this paper analyzes the causes of these problems and discusses the solutions, and puts forward some suggestions from two aspects: the learners and the platform.Firstly, Less is more. learners need to make a proper plan , selecting suitable course from the big number internet and only by involving community discussions and finding partners can we increase interaction, enhance participation in the initiative. In theface of the challenge of class, college teachers should take the initiative to change the concept of education, change the teaching methods, and strengthen the understanding of curriculum.Secondly, to face the problems, the MOOC class should strengthen the publicity and enhance the user experience. Teaching, through the game of online interaction and feedback, personalized service and other means to enhance the user experience and user stickiness, while improving the MOOC class curriculum planning deepen cooperation with universities and promote the technical level, post production.At present, there are few researches on MOOC learning behavior motivation and influencing factors in china. The innovation of this paper lies in the selection of key university teaching resources have high quality line students as the research object,comparative study of MOOC class problems, combined with the analysis of the problem and discuss the way of solving theory of motivation.Finally, the paper discusses the future development trend of MOOC class, and gives the preliminary exploration of domestic and international SPOC, MOOR, MOOL etc.according to the new model of MOOC Class Optimization and its characteristics,combined with the development trend of online education, the relevant national policies,industry trends, will achieve high combined with the premise of further improvement of the curriculum the MOOC class prediction and service. With the course MOOC increasing in quantity and quality, through a combination of innovative curriculum,curriculum development can be dispersed by the certification to professional certification system, at present, and ultimately achieve professional certification, to meet the multi-level needs of learners.
