As the popularization of distance education and Open Educational Resource Movement,Massive Online Open Courses is sweeping around the world,it's popular in the learners for the characterstic of free,unrestricted and high quality of courses.Many famous colleges and institutions have begun to establish and accelerate their MOOC platforms,which attracted attention of learners all over the world.At present,there are a large number of learners in MOOC,but the effect is unsatisfactory because of the high dropout rate.Learners are the directly receiver and service recipient of MOOC,it's necessary to launch the research focus on learners to ensure the satisfaction of learners.In the commerical field,surveys on the satisfactory of customers are usually used to measure the quality of production,in order to promote the satisfactory and living quality of customers.In our study,the customer satisfactory used in commerical field was applied in research of MOOC to analyze the factor in the satisfactory of MOOC learners.Firstly,the study took the perspective of the learner,based on the satisfaction theory and performance theory,learnt from the American Customer Satisfaction Index Model,and based on characteristics of Chinese University MOOC,the model of China University courses MOOC platform Satisfaction Index was builded and the hypothesis was posed.Secondly,the main issue electronic questionnaire disigned was issued through the QQ group and Chinese universities MOOC platform,then the reliability and validity were tested by visualization module software AMOS 17.0.The result of questionnaire was identified,estimated and amended by the analyze method of structural equation model to verify the rational of the model and hypothesis.The result showed that: The main factors affect the satisfaction of Chinese university MOOC platform are perceived quality,expection of learners and perceived value,those factors can directly or indirectly affect the satisfactory of learners and then affect the aspiration to continue studying.Perceived value has no effects on satisfactory and perceived value of learners,but it can affect the satisfactory of learners through a intermediate variable—perceived value.Perceived quality has positive effect on perceived value and satisfactory of learners with a big influence coefficient.Perceived value has a positive effect on satisfactory of learners,satisfactory of learners has a positive effect on the will of continue learning.In the last part of this article,advises were given help the disigners and managers according to the analyze result of the satisfactory model,hoping to provide a new direction for researches on MOOC.
