The Study Of The Influence Factors And Guiding Strategy Of The Career Choice Behavior Of Marine Graduates Under The Social Support Perspective

In the last few years,with the reform of the higher education in China,college students' enrollment are expanding,competition for the job market is getting worse.Maritime graduates fitting in specialty,have remarkable advantages.From the perspective of personnel training,become a nautical talents is the main career choice.However,Maritime graduates phenomenon of brain drain is serious.It makes serious waste of resources in the field of maritime education.This article is based on the current research of graduate of navigational major occupation choice,the researcher selects the resident of maritime graduates as research object,using data analysis method and case interview method to study.Based on the results of the survey,this study summarizes four key factors through factor analysis method,that is the social capital factor,the human capital factor and professional values.Based on the social support theory and rational choice theory as the theoretical basis,according to the questionnaire and the interview results,analyzes the factors that influence the career choice behavior of seafaring graduates,and starting from the perspective of social support,put forward some valuable ideas and suggestions,enriched the content of shipping personnel training and construction to solve and guide the seafaring graduates to get into the boat.
