Kindergarten-based teaching research is to thoroughly implement the 2001 promulgated the Kindergarten Education Program Guidelines(for Trial Implementation)and promote the kindergarten curriculum reform's effective way.It plays an important role in promoting the professional development of preschool teachers and improving the teaching level.Preschool teachers through the Kindergarten-based teaching research study independently,self-reflection and a series of professional development,the combination of preschool education theory and practical operation will promote the improvement of professional ability.At the same time,also improved the kindergarten education teaching quality,promote the development of the preschool education career forward.Therefore,the essential of this research is becoming more and more prominent.This study uses the interview research and case analysis method.Based on different regions,different types of the kindergarten leader and preschool teachers to interview,presenting the basic situation of the kindergarten based teaching research,and its reflection summary.At the same time,a case study of a kindergarten.According to the research contents of this garden overall exposition,to improve the existing problems.Based on the summary of the above two research methods,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the professional development of preschool teachers.The kindergarten based teaching research has been paid more and more attention in the current reform and innovation of kindergarten,which makes it more significant to promote the professional development of preschool teachers.The quality of kindergarten teachers' teaching and research is related to the continuous development of Kindergarten Based Teaching Research,but at present there are still exist the following problems: Preschool teachers' teaching and research subject position is not enough protrude;Peer coaching and professional guide lack;Preschool teachers' teaching quality is not high;Kindergarten-based teaching research contact break away from actual teaching,and so on.Therefore,combined with the actual situation of the proposed solutions include the following: Institutional guarantee the research status of preschool teachers;Peer coaching combined with professional guide;Preschool teachers' teaching quality of ascension;Practice teaching content should be closely linked.
