New Ideas To Strengthen The Ideological And Political Education Of Female Students, The New Employment Situation

With the rapid development of China's higher education, the proportion of female students in colleges and universities increased year by year. They work hard, independent self-confidence, positive for the country's development and construction. They have made great contribution to our country. However, due to the social environment, employing unit's absorptive capacity and university training objectives, specialty, course system, and other factors, compared to the same level of male students, female students are more difficult to find jobs. In employment work, strengthening the ideological education in college, especially for the education of female students, help to overcome their problems in intentions extreme and old concepts, which in some extent alleviate the problem of difficulties in employment of female graduates. However, many colleges do not attach importance to the role of ideological and political education, individual career guidance for female students of ideological and political education work is a blind spot.For these problems, the employment situation and maid of the new ideological and political education have been studied and explored the employment of female students in the ideological and political education to enhance the method measures in the hope of solving the difficult problem of employment of female graduates.
