Language is a force — the unity and vitality of the whole nation;language is a bridge— the communication and communication between people;language is a soul— showing the essence and physique of a nation.People often say: " listening to a good lesson,like to enjoy a wonderful melody and food for thought ";According to the data,the teaching language behavior of teachers in the whole classroom teaching is 70 %,the teaching language of senior high school teachers has reached 84 %;Teachers transfer knowledge to students through teaching language,so the importance of teachers' classroom teaching language is obvious.With the continuous reform of the mathematics curriculum in China,and the requirements of the professional quality of mathematics teachers,the growth and development of novice teacher teachers have more attention to teachers colleges,education experts and education authorities and schools.In the study of the expert and novice teacher mathematics teachers in classroom teaching language,the FLAS interactive analysis system,combined with a variety of research methods,first do A case study of expert and novice teacher teachers and analyze the differences between expert and novice teacher teachers in teaching language,point out the problems about novice teacher,and propose feasibility to optimize the teaching language of teachers and promote the rapid growth of new teachers.The framework consists of the following six chapters:The first chapter introduces the background and the main research of the research,followed by the purpose and significance of the study,finally introduces several main research methods.The second chapter summarizes the domestic and foreign research of classroom teaching language,defines the relevant concepts,and expounds the Behaviorism learning theory,Constructivism learning theory and Cognitivism learning theory related to this study.The third chapter mainly introduces the FLAS interactive analysis system.The fourth chapter introduces the research process: the field video — translation into text record —coding — data processing — comparison and conclusion;The selection criteria of the research object are introduced.The fifth chapter records the teaching process of three expert and three novice teacher teachers usingthe TIMSS.There will be three sets of comparative cases;First,the teaching language of the new and old teachers of each group,then analyze the differences between expert and novice teacher teachers teaching language,finally summarize through three groups of cases.Finally,some suggestions for the growth and development of mathematics teachers in the teaching language are put forward,and the prospect of this study is made.
