With the four key competence of geography proposed,the high school geography teaching ushered in new changes.Daily teaching is the main way to practice the key competence of geography.How to grow up quickly and better permeate the cultivation of students' core literacy in the teaching process is a practical issue for new teachers.The demonstration class of experience teachers in the national high-quality course evaluation represents the advanced education concept and higher teaching level,which is of reference significance for the future professional ability improvement of new teachers.Flanders interactive analysis system can make more accurate quantitative analysis and diagnosis of classroom teaching and teacher-student behavior.Therefore,this research chooses the Flanders interactive analysis system as the tool,improves it according to the actual needs,and uses the improved coding system to make comparative analysis on the high-quality courses and the novice courses,then summarizes the differences in teaching design,teaching methods and interactive behaviors.The teaching design of experiential teachers is more complete,with the main line running through the class;the teaching methods of experiential teachers are relatively more diversified,with students as the main body and teachers as the guide;in terms of interaction,experiential teachers are more flexible,able to talk with students,so as to make the class more generative.Finally,through literature research and interviews,the common methods of core literacy cultivation in classroom teaching are summarized.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which puts forward the background and significance,determines the main problems and the technical route.The second part is literature review,which introduces the research status of related content at home and abroad.The third part is the research method and the research theory.Include the selection of research objects and measurement tools,and the improvement of measurement tools and the testing process.The fourth part is the comparative analysis of high-quality courses and novice courses.This paper mainly analyzes five quality courses and five novice courses from the perspectives of matrix and dynamic distribution of interactive behavior.The fifth part is the specific suggestions for the cultivation of core literacy.The last part is the conclusion of the whole article and some suggestions for novice teachers.
