Football is the world's first sport enjoys the reputation of promoting the development of football industry to strengthen international ties,promoting international exchanges is of great significance.Therefore,countries with particular emphasis on football talents and reserves,which the development and popularity of football young students the basic way of football talents and important method of culturing.China has promulgated the "State Sports General Administration,the Ministry of Education on the strengthening of the National Youth campus football work," and "the State Council on Accelerating the development of sports industry to promote sports consumption," the development of football on campus rose to the national strategic level,and the campus football into an important part of quality education.Guangxi is located in the western region,the development of football behind,in 8651 youth football characteristic school in July 2015 the Ministry of Education the selection,only 179 primary and secondary schools enrolled in Guangxi,accounting for only 2%.Therefore,this article aims at the development of football on campus Guangxi national strategy background,how to break the bottleneck in the development of football on campus,campus football to achieve the development of the study,the study showed:First,of School football field equipment and facilities cannot meet the needs of the campus football to carry out teaching activities.In Football Coaches feedback found not to meet the teaching needs of primary and secondary school football school accounting for up to 27.93%,is not conducive to the teaching of School campus football.Second,there is not enough emphasis on football teaching in primary and middle schools in Guangxi.Of the 179 schools opened in the survey,were accounted for 94%of surveyed schools of football course,temporarily not ten football programs in schools,this kind of schools accounted for 5.59%,indicating that some of the school is not real football teaching in the school physical education,not to ascend to the height of the quality education important link of football teaching.Third,Campus football the improvement of teaching quality and the enthusiasm of students and parents cognition to football,there like to participate in the school football sports students accounted for 66.53%of investigation number,illustrate the overall learning prefer football lessons,especially primary school students;Does not support or oppose their children to attend lesson football or soccer parents accounted for 31.34%of effective investigation number,number of football professional employment rate low,take up a lot of learning time,is easy to cause bodily injury,such as parents for their children to participate in the football activities of the important reasons.Fourth,Football teachers' theoretical level and professional skill is the key to improve the teaching quality of football,football primary and secondary school teachers in Guangxi university degree and above 82.13%of the total number of investigations,the overall education level is relatively high,but one part of football teachers is made up of other sports teacher concurrently,as there is no system received football basic knowledge and basic skills training,to improve the teaching quality of football.School leadership and extent of support to the attention of the football teaching is the prerequisite to accelerate the development of football teaching in football teaching activities in the university,on the basis of the "general" accounted for 52%of the surveyed,become the mainstream of whether to carry out the football teaching attitude,said does not support or opposition of school leaders accounted for 18%.This paper puts forward the countermeasures for developing the football teaching in the schools of the elementary and middle schools in Guangxi.First,we will continue to improve the campus football infrastructure.In not under the condition of insufficient funds of funds,conditional schools can in football infrastructure bold introduction of market mechanism,break all construction funds depend on the state or local financial allocations of traditional systems and mechanisms,for football fields such as infrastructure against allowing moneybag-laden,in the way of public bidding,school mode in the form of land use right,the external market construction,its own funds to complete the construction of facilities,is completed by the school for the teaching of open to the public and charge at the same time,the fee charged directly by the builder,until the provisions of the fixed number of year,and then by the construction contractor will facilities free of charge or at a lower price delivered to the school,so that we can solve the problem of insufficient funds,at the same time introducing the market mechanism can make the infrastructure in the maintenance and update of daily use.Second,improve the curriculum.Currently,many primary and middle school courses in Guangxi are lacking in football,which is far from satisfying the needs of the development of football.Must speed up the course reform of primary and secondary schools,therefore,proper football courses to meet the needs of the students in football,football,football field,football professional teachers and students interactive curriculum system of the Internet.Finally,we will introduce professional football talents and expand the faculty of football.Football is not a simple competitive sport,but a professional sport that requires professional talents and teams to guide students to the heat of football.A country,a nation once grasp core technology will take off,and master the technical people,so the development characteristics of football schools,must actively introduce professional football and football teaching staff,provide powerful talents support for football career took off.Above all,primary and secondary schools in Guangxi characteristics of football schools in the process of practice the problems highlighted increasingly,we need through the features of primary and secondary schools in Guangxi football school infrastructure,teaching,such as the present situation of research,put forward effective countermeasures.
