Study On Football Soccer In Primary And Secondary Schools Under The Background Of The Campus Teaching Present Situation And Countermeasure

Along with the rapid popularization and development of football sports in our country, on the onehand, the Primary and secondary school students become more and more interested in participate infootball sports; On the other hand, education departments at all levels realize that football sports areimportant for primary and middlle schools to enhance students’ physical quality, develop goodcharacteristics and traits, arouse their interest in sport, strengthen their ability to communicate and that thedevelopment of modern football sports also need the support of the qualified reserve talents, which greatlypromote the development of the junior football education of Primary and secondary schools in China. Andall kinds of football teachers, as the planners and implementers of campus football education, theirqualification directly affects the work quality and efficiency of school football education. Based on these, Iwrote my thesis-On the Current School Football Teaching Situation and its countermeasure under thebackground of Primary and secondary schools. Taking campus football teachers of Primary and secondaryschools in Henan province whose campus football layout are at the provincial level as investigation object,Idrew the following conclusion:1.since the teenage campus football activities being practiced, the football sports of Primary andsecondary schools whose school football layout is at provincial level have gained a vigorous developmentand great achivements, which laid a solid backup basis for the cultivation and construction of qualifiedfootball talents.2.Now, the school football chers of junior Primary and secondary school mainly consist of footballteachers, coaches, and football instructors. Among them there are similarities in terms of professioanlbackground,role positioning, but also distinctive differences. In the process of mutual make-up andcooperation, they promote the quality and efficiency of school foolball teaching work.3.There still exist some problems to be solved,such as the shortage of teachers, low education degreeof some coaches, undesirable situation of title evaluation, and obtainiong of professional sports degreecertificate, referee degree certificate.4.The teacher management concept in junior Primary and secondary schools is relatively backward, financial investment is insufficient, the level of teachers’ treatment is low. All these lead to serious erosionof teaching resources.5.Football teacher traing is an important part of the construction of teaching system in the process offootball development. However, even now, the school football teacher traing is insufficient, trainingobjective is opaque, training objective is onefold, training perfomance is undesirable, and training system isnot complete.For the problems mentioned above, I have several suggestions:1. Improve the quality of teacher training; build up a complete training system; increase teachertraining; improve training quality and training methods.2. Improve the professional level of football teachers in Primary and secondary schools; focus on therecruited eachers’ professional level and qualification; strengthen the title evauation; improve theireducation degree and the teaching structure.3. Strengthen teacher management in junior Primary and secondary scools; change managementconcept, increase the financial investment and improve teachers’ treatment.4. Henan province colleges and universities should focus more on physical education and sportstraining professional football recruit students, and to develop scale, in order to supply enough football forthe development of small and medium-sized football education teachers and football instructor teamsource.5. Football teacher training is the construction of campus football development activities in the processof teachers in our country an important composition, layout of the campus football in henan provincial cityof middle and primary school football and cultivating shortage exist in teacher training, teacher andobjective existence reasons of single training methods, the effect not beautiful, and training system isimperfect and so on.
