The "National Education Plan" proposed:the balanced development of compulsory education is a strategic task,first to achieve balanced development of urban and rural areas in the county(District),and gradually advance in a larger range.As the rural schools,the development of rural central primary school is the key to promote the urban and rural compulsory education balanced,in the past the study of rural schools pay more attention to the relatively weaken places and complete primary school,rural central primary school as the mainstay of rural education development should be given more attention.Due to various reasons,such as history,geography and so on.The develop of rural schools in Guangxi border areas is facing many problems,rural schools as the subsystem of the education ecological system,how to overcome the problems during the development process that enabled the school to achieve ecological development,and then promote the development of Guangxi frontier foundation education career,has become the urgent need of research to solve the problem.This study selected the City of Chongzuo,L County W Township s one Center Primary School as a case.starting from the perspective of educational ecology,use the methods of observation,interview,physical collection to launches the research on the development of this rural school.Trying to escape from the problem of relative isolation and detachment of its existing system among the rural school development research in the past.The full text is divided into five parts:The first chapter,introduces the connotation of educational ecology and rural school ecosystem,mainly from the connotation of ecology and education ecology,education ecological system and its structure,education ecological subjects and the ecological environment interaction mechanism to present the education ecology analysis framework.From the ecological subject,ecological environment of the development of rural school,rural schools characteristics as ecological system to outline the village school ecological system,and defined the school ecology and school ecological development.The second chapter,from the development of L County,W Township Central Primary School to summarize the L County education ecosystem.The third chapter,from the perspective of the main internal ecological subjects and the internal ecological environment to analysis the ecology of W Township Central Primary School.There is the main problem for the imbalance,The Law of Tolerance restricts the development of teachers and their "flowerpots effect" significantly,insufficiency material flow,and there is a deviation of the school leaders management.The fourth chapter,from the school main external ecological subject and external environment to focus,analysis the external ecological subject such as education administrative department managers,students families and external ecological environment including natural ecological environment,social ecological environment,cultural ecological environment to analysis some main environmental factors that affect the development of the school.The fifth chapter,analyzes the internal reasons and external reasons that restrict the ecological development of the school according to the problems existing in the development of the ecological system in W Township Central Primary school.The sixth chapter,from the point of view of the relevant principles and laws of educational ecology to propose strategies to improving the ecological dilemma in the development of W rural primary schools.One is improve the school management so as to realize ecological management,another is improve the "county based" administrative ability.
