The new concept of ecological civilization has become an important symbol of civilization and progress of human society. To achieve the goal of ecological civilization,the ecological of education would play an important role. And the school sport is an important means to implement the quality education and also the foundation of mass sports as a constituent elements of school education.Therefore, this study view the school sports as a special ecosystem, from the perspective of ecology education, use the educational ecology principles and methods to analyze the mechanism of action and the relationship between each component elements of physical education,emphasizes use ecological perspective to perspective school physical education system, and to carry out sports teaching practice by a form of ecological sports teaching practice, that is to study problems of physical education teaching ecological, analyze various reasons of ecological imbalances in education, explore ways and means to enhance the ecological of school the physical education system.The study reached the following conclusions: 1. in school physical education ecological systems, it is a common phenomenon in every junior high school that inpersonnel ecosystem imbalance in the sex ratio of PE teachers and the teacher-student ratio is too large. 2. in target ecosystems, physical education teachers do not pay sufficient attention to emotional goals.3. in the content ecological system, they mainly emphasis on people's body quality development and master the technology of sports from the perspective of the arrangement of teaching content.4.in the evaluation ecological system, evaluation of physical education in reality is still too one-sided focus on human development or passive development. 5. in activities ecosystems, school physical education teachers in accordance with the general syllabus to arrange traditional activities in teaching.6.in interpersonal ecosystems, the survey shows that 85 percent of relationships betwwen schools layers are in a relatively and stable good condition. 7.in the environmental system,the subsystem included all have the space of repair andimprovement.8. by the survey we know that the majority of school leaders and relevant staff do not give a clear positioning on school sports, do not put enough emphasis on carrying out physical education.Based on the above research conclusion, this article makes the following recommendations: 1. change the traditional teaching values and making it to the tendency of ecological; 2.positive response to the call of the social sustainable development; 3.create a distinctive ecological campus sports environment; 4.integrate campus sports resources, expand ecological education curriculum, open ecological physical exercise site;5.regulate ecological sports behavior and exercise civilized; 6.sound ecological management system, develope with social ecology environment harmoniously; 7.positive transforme the limiting factors in the physical education system; 8. follow the law of resistance and the principle of proportionality; 9.according to the principle of ecological niche to reasonably adjust the relationship of each layer in the system; 10. pay attention to the overall effect of physical education ecosystem.
