Children's cognition of gender identity depends on the environment which they live in and those who interact with them.There is on children born with character.They shaped their individual "personality" and behavior,lining with their own gender,through learning from social experience and imitating the important people around them.It is certainly that the gender role consciousness,shaping in their childhood,will has a great stable influence on the time,even the whole life,of the individual gender socialization.Social gender is relative to the sex and natural gender.It is believed that"male" and "female" is not entirely determined by the biological sex,but the traditional culture and social norms of the product.It derived from the Western sociological theory and now has been widely used in pedagogy on account of its deeper development.China' s research on the theory of gender is still in the early stage,but it is getting more and more attention from sociologists and educators.However,it's rarely to see the research on gender applies to pre-school education.A scientific concept of gender,shown in large of international research,has an important effect on the socialization of children themselves.Therefore,it is of great value to bring the gender perspective into the interaction between kindergarten teacher and children.This study mainly adopts observation method and interview method.One the one hand,the researchers use the way of formal and informal interview to collect and record the words of participants,mainly teachers and kindergarten managers in Y Kindergarten.One the other hand,they will also use the event sampling method to record one-month educational activities among the same class through the camera,video,observation records and other forms.Every day,they will get into the observation site,and break during the lunch;then they will start their work from the child get up until the teachers get off.In the above the events,the researchers make the incident on-site observation,objective records,scientific analysis in regard to the interaction activities among the teacher and child.This study research,through the scientific methods,aims to have a deep understand of the interaction situation of kindergarten teacher and the child,the problems and the reasons behind them,and put forward specific suggestions.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction aiming to explain the reason of selecting the subject of the title,collecting related document;discuss the purpose and the meaning of this study;defines the key concepts in the research,and expounds the research object and research method.The second part is theory and the division of gender analysis interaction framework is introduced,the theory basis for(GAD)mainly includes the social gender and development theory,social learning theory and symbolic interaction theory;Teacher-children interaction framework includes three dimension,subject,theme,is implemented.The third part is the gender observation of the interaction between kindergarten teachers and children,developing mainly from gender observation from life,collective teaching and the activities in kindergarten.The fourth part is the existing problems in the interaction between kindergarten teachers and children from the perspective of gender.With teachers as the main body in the act of gender analysis,mainly from three dimension,characteristics,role behavior,professional in the process of teacher young interaction,teachers of the gender stereotypes;To young children as the main body in the act of gender analysis,mainly studied under in the interactive behavior of young children's status was analyzed,and learned that children is gender rules to follow,and sex knowledge of active learners;the transmission of daily gender rules and norms,the main content in the interaction,the gender analysis using resources as the main body,shown as regional activities materials;Establishment of gender rules,textbooks,show in picture books;maintenance of gender rules,other media;dissemination of gender rules.The fifth part is the reasons of the interaction between kindergarten teachers and children under the gender perspective.The first reason is the management of kindergarten;the second is the traditional gender culture and the last is about the mass media,found by the researchers.The sixth part is the three Suggestions against the problems and their causes,specific displays in:preschool teachers should have scientific sex education idea and behavior,kindergarten to create a good material for sex education,cultural environment,government departments to support gender education in kindergarten.
