The purpose of this study is to investigate 3-6 years old children’ gender role form relationships with adult gender role expectation in Guiyang, discusses how to offer children better gender role education.Adopt the measuring and questionnaire method, measuring tool for Lu Qin modified ‘Bem sex role inventory’, parents and teachers questionnaires using Gao Xiaoyun compiled ‘adult gender role expectation questionnaire’.180 respondents in Guiyang from two kindergartens’ children and their parents, 12 children in the class teacher.Using Eviews software to analysis collected data. First of all, base to adults’ gender role expectation score to analysis their male and female gender role expectation average score and its various factors,the relationship between gender role expectation and adults’ age,teaching age and education;Secondly,according to ‘Bem sex role inventory’,come out of children’ gender role types of distribution, the characteristics of children’ gender characteristic and the correlation between children’ gender and their age,gender; Finally according to the adult gender role expectation scores and children’ gender correlation analysis result,explore the adult male, female gender role expectation how to influence on children’ gender role form, if there is a significant correlation between the two.This study assumes that the adult gender role expectation and children’ gender role form there is a certain correlation。The result as follows:1.Parents’ male gender role expectation affected by its degree was significant, parents’ and teachers’ gender role expectation level with age, teaching age and degree was no significant relationship;Parents gender role expectation level and children’ masculinity and femininity characteristics show the significant correlation relationship. 2. Children’ in junior class has appeared gender role differentiation and the same time androgyny individuals accounts for class is higher, this shows that androgyny individuals has the possibility when people be young. Gender characteristics in different sex has no obvious difference, both children’ gender and age has nothing to do with their genderrole types;3. Children’ gender differentiation with the parents’ female expectation level significantly related,but has no significant correlation with parents’ and teachers’ male gender role expectation.
