Research On Students' Career Planning Education Of Higher Vocational Colleges Under Academy System

With the deepen of reform and opening up,reform is deepened in the field of education.University education has changed from traditional "elite" to mass education gradually,the number of college graduates increased year by year.At the same time,the amount of college graduates after the enrollment expansion and number of jobs demand imbalances,social security system is not sound to lead the pattern of two-way choice employment very difficult by market-driven.Under the severe employment situation,as higher vocational college students'have difficulty in career prospects which the entrance level is low and length of schooling are short.On the one hand,the higher vocational college students are not familiar with the current employment situation,employment interview skills,modern social work and other related,many students could not follow new concepts in employment when they graduation and expectations very fuzzy,not clear form of severe employment.On the other hand,it is obvious that higher vocational colleges students in their understanding and assessment of shortcomings,lack of own development concept of view and lead to the choosing profession goal is unknown.As the world economic globalization and integration,and the development of knowledge economy,science and technology progress,especially high-quality talent has also become a very important part of national social resources,but also one of the key factors in comprehensive power competition between countries,its importance cannot be ignored.As part of socialism education,higher vocational colleges are also responsible for the cultivation of innovative and technical talents.This make the higher vocational colleges play their roles in the cultivation of talents and place great emphasis on it,actively carry out students'career planning education,teach students how to make career planning and development.When they are facing social challenges and solving the employment problems they have to realize the maximization of personal and social benefits.But current shortcomings and weakness of the relative work in higher vocational colleges make it difficult to meet the demand of students' on this kind of education.Meanwhile,many colleges are actively exploring and practicing the mode of talent cultivation—a new management system of academy(also called "academy system")which is based on the drawing on the mode of residential college system and inheritance our traditional cultural academic spirits.New"academy system" conducts the management of students' communities on the dormitory platform.More importantly,it is an important place to carry out general-knowledge education and cultivate compound talents,which provides fertile soil for the improvement of students'awareness of career planning and the implementation of higher-quality career planning education in higher vocational colleges.By literature analysis,comparative research,survey method and interview method to carry out the related research,Under the guidance of career planning education,academy system management theory,we choose Guangdong Lingnan institute of technology as the research sample,issue questionnaires and interview to the teachers and students to analysis and research of the situation about higher vocational college students' career planning education.Besides,we could combined with the advantages of student management and general education by academy system,put forward to solve the problem of higher vocational college students' career planning education ideas and countermeasures.The following five parts:Part one,mainly expound the research background and problems,research status at home and abroad and the literature review,the content of the research,ideas,methods and innovations.Part two,related concepts and analyzing advantages.Firstly,define occupation,career,career planning and career education concept;Secondly,define and differentiate the ancient academy,modern university and college general education;Lastly,analysis of the advantage of students' career planning education of higher vocational colleges under academy system.Part three,the present situation of higher vocational colleges career planning education and the survey of collegiate system practice.As an example,through field research and access to materials:the instructions about the situation of current career planning education and the academy system practice.Part four,as the research sample,adopt the method of random sampling questionnaires for three grades,count valid questionnaires of career planning education perception of higher vocational college student's and at the same time to interview the teachers and students.Analysis of the problems of career planning education of higher vocational colleges:lack of self consciousness and learning motivation,lack of self-knowledge and career fuzzy,career planning education could not catch the attention of the school,lack of teachers and education content and social practice,etc.Part five,the author based on the analysis of career planning education of higher vocational colleges,combine with related theories and practice of existing,to establish ideas and grasp the advantages:Set up specialized agencies of career planning education;To optimize the curriculum of higher vocational college students' career planning education;To strengthen the construction of teaching and to build diversified and specialized team;Set up higher vocational college students' practice platform based on the college construction and resource advantages;To perfect and optimize the system construction of higher vocational college students s' career planning education and so on.
