With the economic globalization and the improvement of the socialist market economy system,higher vocational colleges and universities in China tend to be stable after the expansion of enrollment in the previous few years,and the problem of employment difficulties for college students has come out.Some students in higher vocational colleges have a lack of career management.Therefore,the individual's desire for employment has repeatedly hit a wall in the face of market demand,coupled with structural contradictions and the imperfect employment service system.This has led to an increase in the risk of employment for students in higher vocational colleges and the weakening of job stability.Based on this,The research on career management of students in higher vocational colleges is of great practical significance to promote the employment of students in higher vocational colleges.Career management has adapted to the development of the National vocational education reform,and is able to carry out learning on the basis of balancing the basic requirements of enterprises for the development of talents with practical skills and theoretical knowledge,and under this guidance actively implements the curriculum system innovation in higher vocational colleges and universities.As a result,it will inevitably be supported by various aspects such as personnel training.However,career management itself is very complex,and its objects are special.Therefore,career management will have many problems in this process.In the face of many problems in career management,it is necessary to carefully analyze and correct them in a timely manner.This enables students to achieve the goals of personal development and enterprise requirements on the basis of a correct career.This will also make their own quality develop into the needs of the market and create conditions for future social builders.In this paper,we adopt the methods of literature reading,investigation and case study.Based on the theory of career development stage and career interest theory,this paper studies the career management of students in vocational colleges and universities.In the study,a career management model was established from the four dimensions of government,school,student and enterprise.Based on the analysis of the existing shortcomings,and put forward a practical value of the strategy.After the study,this article believes that due to the existence of various reasons such as party committees,governments,individual students,colleges,and enterprises,students 'career management in higher vocational colleges has a low awareness and ability of student career management,and the leadership of party committees and governments in career management is insufficient.The quality of teachers in the guiding career of colleges and universities is not high,and the cooperation with enterprises is poor.Based on this,it proposes to play the role of government guidance and cultivate professional judgment.Create a quality environment and stimulate interest in participating in career management;Establishing the linkage mechanism between enterprises and schools to improve the relevance of social practices;Create a diversified discipline system and flexibly implement career management and other countermeasures.
