Current Situation Investigation And Countermeasure Research Of Education Professional Ethics Of Secondary Vocational Students

students from vocational secondary schools undertake the heavy task for the cultivation of high quality laborers and intermediate skill-oriented talents demanded by the first line of production,construction,management and service.This requires the vocational secondary schools to conduct the comprehensive education for their students,not only should they teach the theoretical knowledge,the occupational skills and the production technology to their students,they also need to strengthen the professional ethics education.It can be said that the professional ethics education is an important part in the work of professional ethics education at vocational secondary schools.However,under the impact of multiple elements,the professional ethics education for students at vocational secondary schools does not allow the optimistic attitude.Therefore,the research on the professional ethics education at vocational secondary schools is helpful to improve the effect of the professional ethics education and the professional ethics of students at vocational secondary schools,better realize the target of cultivating the high quality skill-oriented talent for the country.This article applies with the documentary study and the questionnaire method for the analysis on the cause and problems existed in the professional ethics education at vocational secondary schools,the effect of professional ethics education at vocational secondary schools is not good,the content in the professional ethics education is obsolete,and the method is singular.The professional ethics education appears with marginal trend,the power of teachers for professional ethics education is weak,and the professional ethics education being lack of the connection with the enterprises and families is the main problem in the professional ethics education of vocational secondary schools.Therefore,in the process of implementing the professional ethic education in the vocational secondary schools,we should seek the countermeasures in the practice of education on the base of strengthening the irrigation of professional ethics knowledge in the class of professional ethics education and improve the effect of professional ethics education for students of vocational secondary schools.
