Aesthetic education is naturally part of the quality education,which is very important in Chinese teaching,especially in the poetry teaching.The poetry teaching can not only teach language knowledge,enrich people's emotion,but also can cultivate students' noble spiritual world.Modern poems,which contain rich humanities connotation,flexible forms,and colorful language as well,is an indispensable content in Chinese teaching.Modern poetry teaching of junior middle school stage,because the imagination of the students are rich,and the emotion of students is pure,there is no doubt that the modern poems can inspire students' perception and imagination to the world,arouse their life experience and meet them expectation for the aesthetic noble life.In the interview and survey of Tianshui Yifu Experimental Middle School teachers and students,I found that the aesthetic education of junior middle school Chinese modern poetry,through the joint efforts of schools,teachers and long-term exploration,has made great achievements.And lots of good methods of teaching have been found,some experience has been accumulated.However,because of the particularity of modern poetry teaching style,but also because the current college entrance examination system in China and the influence of materialistic era,more importantly,because of the teachers' deviation with the idea of modern poetry,which result in many shortcomings and disadvantages in teaching materials,teachers and students.In the teaching materials' level,the aesthetic,epochal character and artistry of the selected modern poetry are slightly limited;In the teachers' level,they have insufficient recognition,limited ability,and their teaching effect is not ideal,especially they are lacking in systematic theoretical knowledge and practical experience;In the students' level,they are short in the motivation of learning modern poetry,and they also can not gain operable method guidance.The paper is based on the theory of Jauss' s theory of aesthetics,according to the compulsory education Chinese course standard of 2011 edition of poetry aesthetic education requirements,and the analysis of the modern poetry aesthetic education status and the value,after fully recognizing the predecessors' related research and practical exploration,the paper put forward the following three relevant teaching strategies: reading—to get the aesthetic perception;judging—to be involved in aesthetic appreciation;Writing—to have aesthetic creations.This paper preliminary concludes: by using the consistent three teaching strategies,the students' interest in modern poetry aesthetic can be aroused and the students aesthetic appreciation ability on modern poetry and modern literature can be improved,the students' aesthetic creation practice can be promoted.Finally through the teaching of modern poetry,the aesthetic concept of teachers and students can be updated,the teachers' and students' aesthetic taste can be raised.
