Micro class is becoming a new educational form deriving from the new educational resources based on the great effects for promoting the education informationization in China.This educational form puts more emphasis on students' interest,self-learning ability and cooperation research ability,which can improve some problems in high school geography teaching,and make a contribution to implementation the curriculum standards of high school,cultivating students' geographic quality.In this paper,taking the senior high schools of Zhumadian as research objects,The method of questionnaire survey was used to analyze the teaching situation,and the attitudes hold by teachers and students toward the micro class.Through teaching experiment,teaching case analysis,we also analyzed the application effect of micro lesson in high school geography teaching,and explored some invisible problems and solved them in the implementation process,which may provide some reference for future researchers.The conclusions are as follows: firstly,the micro teaching,as a new teaching method,has a broad application prospects,but whether it can be used in high school geography teaching remains further investigation.Therefore,in the present study,an analysis of questionnaires on the feasibility micro teaching implementation was conducted before the micro teaching design.The results was shown as below:(1)The micro teaching conformed to the current trend of deepening teaching reform.Survey data showed that the current high school geography classroom teaching style was gradually diversified.The teacher in the classroom mainly adopted the teaching method,case analysis method,research method and so on,but most teachers were used to the teaching method.In such a teaching environment,students are mainly in the positoin of passive acceptance with less classroom participation.Most students hold negetive attitude towards the geography teachers' teaching mode,and expected new teaching methods.(2)Most students indicated that they were interested in the micro class and expecd this teaching method could be introduced to classroom.(3)the teachers approved micro teaching with the ability to implement.have the conditions for the implementation of geography teaching.Survey showed that the teachers of geography in high school are mainly young and middle-aged which laied the foundation for the micro teaching.According to the analysis of age characteristics,the young teachers possessed stronger ability to learn new technology software,new teaching ideas and new teaching methods,although they lacked teaching experience.The middle-aged teachers were in a stable teaching stage with rich teaching experience.but they were not good at learning and operating the new educational technology software.In this case,young teacher is responsible for micro class video production links,and middle-aged teacher is mainly responsible for the micro teaching design so as to they can complement each other and learn from each other,which not only can promote the effective implementation of the micro teaching in high school geography teaching,but also improve the professional development of young teachers(4)The popularity of multimedia equipment provided a guarantee for the development of micro teaching.Micro teaching sought to promote student interest in learning with the assistance of video,audio and so on.Data showed that under the influence of educational informationization,many schools were equipped with interactive whiteboard or multimedia classrooms which can support the use of different file formats,such as audio,video and so on.Secondly,through the teaching experiment,this study analyzed the application effect of micro course in high school geography teaching.The results showed that compared with the traditional teaching methods,the micro teaching method had obvious advantages in improving students' learning achievement,learning interest and autonomous learning ability.Finally,in view of the problems in the implementation of micro teaching,the corresponding solutions were put forward,including improvement of teaching design,micro video production and micro teaching implementation.(1)In terms of the micro teaching design,it is necessary to strengthen the theory knowledge learning of micro course design and work in cooperation;(2)In the respect of micro video production,intensified the training of micro design and production,and enhancing interaction between students and teachers can make contribution to the effective implementation of macro teaching.;(3)Conduct training for students before class and study in groups are effective methods to strengthen classroom teaching management,which is conducive to the implementation of macro teaching.The innovation of this paper is based on micro class advantages,combining the micro class and the traditional teaching method(such as teaching method and group discussion,etc.)to develop a micro teaching mode for high school geography teaching,which not only extends the application fields of micro teaching,but also enriches the geography classroom teaching.At the same time,during the research,we also designed and developed some teaching cases of micro teaching,and carried out in the actual teaching.
