China Basketball Association Crisis Event Study

China Basketball Association(hereinafter referred to as the "CBA")is the highest level of men’s basketball league,had a profound influence in our country.The current secondary vocational basket at the initial stage of development of the league,due to the imperfect league system,the rule of law is not sound and some objective factors,many crisis events happened on the pitch.Against the civilization entries will not only,also destroyed the normal order of the game,also damage the positive image of the secondary vocational basket,even caused serious harm to social stability and the adverse consequences.Therefore,identify the reasons for secondary vocational basket court crisis events,to establish and optimize a set to conform to China’s national conditions and the laws and regulations and to solve the secondary vocational basket court crisis and guarantee the healthy development of the league scheme,is particularly important.In this paper,the recent years in secondary vocational basket of crisis events as the research object,using the literature material method,case analysis and video analysis,questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics to study secondary vocational basket court crisis,sums up the definition of secondary basket court crisis events,and according to the induction of reason is divided into internal crisis events and exogenous crisis two categories,and summarizes the characteristics of secondary basket court crisis has latent and sudden,harm and influence.Through the principal component factor analysis indicates that the main factors produce secondary basket court crisis include:the league,the players,fans,coaches and referees,and the field.From the analysis of the U.S.men’s basketball professional league(hereinafter referred to as "NBA")in the management of the game,players,fans and referees,summarizes the secondary basket in dealing with crisis when there is a punishment mode single,small penalties,punishment mechanism is not sound,and put forward the formulate relevant laws and regulations,in the judicial intensify punishment,perfecting the league organization structure of the new measures.Based on the reasons and characteristics of the crisis in the basketball court,this paper puts forward Suggestions from four aspects: the league,the players,the fans and the referee.The premier league: should strengthen the correct guidance to each club,improve the organization structure of the league,popularize the basketball rules,purify theplaying field environment.Players and fans: improve the level of knowledge and culture and improve the management system of players.Improve the quality of the fans and urge the fans to watch the game.The referee aspect: establish the perfect umpire management system,perfect the duty mode of the referee,guarantee the social welfare of the referee,and make the referee professional.
