The athletes' physical quality is the most basic elements,is the basis of various post training,thus for calisthenics athletes,the quality of the physical training in sports training is a top priority.This study using the literature material method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,experimental method,with excellent calisthenics athletes athletic training scheme as the research object in the physical training,athletic training plan,build athletic training through the experiment,from three different gender,different quality,different time point of the effectiveness of the quality training program to parse the movement.In order to provide the theoretic basis and practice reference for the sports quality training of competitive aerobics in our country.The findings are as follows:1.A good competitive aerobics athlete athletic training content is mainly by the action of speed,the overall strength,endurance,flexibility,coordination of five parts.They are bound up in relation to each other.The performance evaluation index of excellent competitive aerobics athletes includes 10 general quality indicators and 12 special quality indicators.3.Good competitive aerobics athlete sports quality index characteristics: general quality ranking of the top five is 2 min10 m run back and forth,1 min push-ups,1 min at both ends,the splits(left,right,cross),400 m;The top five are 1min support subbody(right Angle,split leg),1min body leg jumping,1min butt lift,2min obstacle endurance training,1min vertical split(left,right).The program construction of excellent competitive aerobics athletes is mainly composed of three types of training programs: routine,intermittent and resistance resistance.The experimental results of the excellent competitive aerobics training program show that the three kinds of training programs have different levels of influence and improvement on the athletes' physical quality.The analysis of variance showed that,before and after the experiment,the quality of the male athletes was higher than the general quality.The quality improvement of female athletes is higher than that of special quality;Female athletes generally improve more than men;Thequality of male athletes was higher than the female athletes,but the number of trials was not relevant to the experimental results.The result of the experiment is related to the content of the solution.
