Competitive aerobics is a sport event belongs to the skill domination and beauty and difficulty phenotype Event Groups. It became one of the official world Universidad games after the world championships, World Cup and the World Games, especially in the Asian Games which will be held in South Korea in2014, competitive aerobics is classified as one of official events. Competitive aerobics has high standard demands for the athletes not only on the body form but also on the physical ability. Athletes should finish a difficult and big intensity action in1minute and45seconds. The article uses the methods of literature material law, expert interview, video analysis and mathematical statistics. Take scientific monitoring for competitive aerobics athletes of three players team and six players team in colleges and universities in Hubei province, and test the body shape characteristics of the athletes, sports training heart rate monitoring, the creatine kinase(CK), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), blood lactic acid(BLA), and inform the coach of the results to make reasonable adjustment of athletes’ training program and provide technology service to the athletes, which can effectively improve athletes’level of function. The results are as follows:1. By analyzing the morphological characteristics of competitive aerobics athletes in colleges and universities in Hubei province, the result showed that competitive aerobics athletes are suitable for the characteristics of competitive aerobics, includes medium height, slender body shape and good body scale, body surround degree is in the normal range; body length and height index reflect athletes have the basis of elegant shape and movements stretch; and the long Achilles tendon and high arches ensure the athletes have better explosive power and jumping ability; body fat content in the indexes is within the normal range but still needs some improvement.2. The function indexes’ test and analysis finds that various functional indexes of competitive aerobics athletes in colleges and universities in Hubei province are in the normal range, during which the heart rate is in the lower limit of the normal range, and blood pressure is in normal state, the values of creatine kinase(CK) is between109.50±33.71U/L, urea nitrogen is between4.93±1.04mmol/L, both of which are all in normal range. Athletes’ function characteristics are suitable for aerobics training, and they all have a good base for body function.3. On the basis of regular training in the arrangement of the physical training method, enhance the special physical training, use difficulty movement combination training in the whole set of training and the method of complete sets of functional reserve training, increase the complete plus half and two sets of innovative physical training methods to improve the athletes’ quality of finishing last parts. Physical training methods improve the pertinence of competitive aerobics athletes’ physical stamina training, and contribute a lot to the improvement of the athletes’ function level.4. Taking functional monitoring for competitive aerobics athletes in colleges and universities in Hubei province, making control of the training load, making feedback and adjusting the training plan on time, and then launch scientific training. After the mentioning’s feedback the curves of athletes’ heart rate and blood lactic acid tell that athletes’ training heart rate can do a maximum impact, and keep that for some time; the heart rate recover fast at the ending period; peak time of blood lactic acid(BLA) is appropriate and restore fast; creatine kinase(CK) and the urea nitrogen experience the change trend of rising first and falling after that, and recover to the normal range at last, the change tends to be same. The monitor prompt:the sports training is meet to the normal rule, increase the intensity of training gradually can improve the athletes’ physical reserves, and enhance the function of athletes.5. Advises tell athletes to keep body shape and function level; to strengthen the control of body weight in the form and optimize the body fat percentage; to make rational cyclical training aim at athletes’ morphology and function characteristics in colleges and universities; to choice suitable training methods combining with the characteristics of project; to strengthen scientific monitoring in training and feedback the result, adjust the training plan timely to improve athletes’ training adaptation.
