| Inrecent years,with the wide popularity of aerobics in the world,more and more people participate in competitive aerobics.From the change of the rules of competitive aerobics,the pursuit of "difficult,beautiful,stable and new" is the inevitable trend of the development of competitive aerobics.Based on the current trend,competitive aerobics athletes must continue to improve the body’s various functional levels;The best way to strengthen the body’s functional level is undoubtedly physical training.Therefore,how to better improve the physical quality of competitive aerobics athletes,and then improve the individual’s competitive ability and achieve better results in the competition is an important task for current aerobics workers.Functional training originated in the field of rehabilitation,and gradually penetrated into the field of competitive sports after the effectiveness was confirmed,becoming an important method of physical training.Physical training plays a very important role in various physical exercises.Based on the actual situation of the HMI Institute team at Harbin Institute of physical education,this article uses the very popular functional training in recent years to carry out systematic physical training for athletes,improve athletes ’strength,endurance,agility,stability and other basic physical qualities as well as prevent and reduce sports injuries.Through the methods of literature review,expert interview,mathematical statistics,experimental and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the content of functional training applied to competitive aerobics.The athletes of the Jianmei Institute of Physical Education of Harbin Institute of Physical Education were randomly divided into two groups of 9 people in each group,namely Group(N = 9)and Group(N = 9).The subjects were trained three times a week for 45 minutes each time for 12 weeks of exercise training.Group athletes were trained and intervened in functional movements after their normal training.Group athletes were controlled after their normal training.Traditional strength training.Finally,using spss25.0 to make statistics,analysis,and comparison of experimental data,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The 12-week training experiment found that After 12 weeks of functional training,the athletes in group had a greater degree of improvement than the controlled athletes in the special physical qualities such as upper and lower limb burst force,core stability force,flexibility balance,bounce force,and endurance.(2)After 12 weeks of functional training in Group athletes,due to the need for functional training,multi-joint participation was required to train in multiple planes and wait in unstable environments.It can enhance the athlete’s participation of the body’s small muscle groups in the exercise process and enhance the performance of the movement.(3)After the experiment,the average score of the total score of the FMS test score for functional movement screening was increased from 9.22 points before the experiment to 15.65 points after the experiment;In contrast to Group athletes,the score was increased from 9.83 points before the experiment to 11.23 points after the experiment.It shows that functional training is more dominant in improving athletes’ bad movement and improving athletes’ coordination.(4)After the experiment,the athletes in group of the experiment were significantly higher in terms of physical quality improvement than the control group,indicating that functional training is more effective than traditional training in competitive aerobics physical training.And functional training is more prominent in reducing and preventing sports injuries,and more effectively provides athletes with a certain foundation and guarantee in various competitions and daily training. |
