| Among the traditional physical education modes,the general course javelin throwing is “taught by teachers and practiced by students”.Such model could give play to teachers’ leading role,and students could learn knowledge and skills step by step.However,it goes against mobilizing students’ subjective initiative,and enhancing teaching quality and efficiency as well.It is worthy for us to explore how to break the bonds of traditional teaching concept,cultivate students’ teaching consciousness,the spirit of thinking actively and daring to explore.The multi-feedback teaching mainly highlights the timeliness of information exchange and feedback between teaching and learning,and it is able to favorably solve some problems between teaching and learning.Based on discussing the theoretical advantages in multi-feedback teaching method,this paper designed a kind of relatively systematic and feasible mode.Meanwhile,combining with the characteristics in javelin throwing teaching,it conducted contrast experiment on multi-feedback teaching method and traditional teaching methods.Two groups of students in Class 2016 from the special project badminton majored in physical education had been selected,before the experiment,the significance testing of physical quality relevant to javelin throwing and the questionnaire survey analysis of basic information had been conducted towards two groups of students,and after the experiment,the questionnaire feedback analysis of teaching effect,analysis of skill evaluation and achievement of javelin throwing,as well as the analysis of students’ ability to discover,analyze and solve problems had been carried out.The experimental conclusions are as below:(1)Compared to use traditional teaching method in the general course of javelin throwing,the multi-feedback teaching method is better in terms of classroom atmosphere,student-teacher communication,teaching method and mastery degree(p<0.05).The multi-feedback teaching has better effects on enhancing students’ learning interest,promoting the exchange between teachers and students,students and students,and accomplishing the teaching target.It could allow students to answers questions properly and show the skills they’ve learned,understand students’ grasping degree,and also let teachers to know their advantages and inadequacy,find problems timely for convenience of solving.(2)The average score through using multi-feedback teaching in javelin throwing is2.39 m higher than that of using traditional teaching,moreover the dispersion degree islower,and the general score is higher.The timely feedback is better than delayed feedback in effect.The former one could make students more impressive.The mutual feedback between students could convey effective information in time,which is superior to teachers’ separate feedback in traditional teaching.The reason is that it is always difficult for teachers to give consideration to all students.The mutual feedback between students has favorable auxiliary function for students to learn new technologies and improve performance.(3)Significant differences exist in throwing steps,final force,flying attitude to the instrument and comprehensive skill assessment(p<0.05).For students,zeitlupen in video feedback is the fine non-inherent feedback.Students’ actions could be exhibited clearly after applying it to the main links in javelin throwing or the teaching with relatively complex skills,and the effect will be better than teachers’ simple imitating interpretation.(4)The individual feedback is single in object and low in efficiency.The overall feedback is relatively high in efficiency but short of sense of level and pertinence.By applying the teacher feedback,mutual feedback between students and video feedback in multi-feedback to different situations integratedly,students could establish the technological concept and form distinct action presentation in a better way.It could assist students to correct actions,cultivate their ability to discover,analyze and solve problems.(5)The application of multi-feedback teaching method has changed the single feedback form,and is beneficial for enhancing students’ study enthusiasm,practicing the classroom teaching of teachers-directed and students-oriented.It is also advantageous for teachers and students to have more exchange and enlightenment.What’s more,it will have better effect for realizing the objective of javelin throwing teaching. |
