With the deepening of teaching reform and development, the innovation of teaching methods and the development also showed vigorous development trend. Many times characteristics and meet the requirements of The Times education development of teaching method is applied to the practice teaching, and achieved good teaching effect, improve the teaching quality and efficiency.Feedback teaching method is one of the important teaching method innovation. It is on the basis of system theory, information theory, cybernetics through information feedback between teachers and students of education the relationship between teachers and students in harmony, harmonious atmosphere, to develop students’ self learning knowledge and application ability for the fundamental purpose. In feedback teaching method, is one of the most important method of feedback, self feedback students receive, store teachers’ teaching information, teaching information stored and will receive, the practice and self evaluation, and make students better grasp the sports knowledge and skills.This study through the literature material law, expert interview method, teaching experiment and mathematical statistics method to summarize the feedback of movement mechanism of the influence of technological learning, self feedback and teacher feedback analysis the different methods of two kinds of feedback, and the different role in the process of technological learning, focus on strengthening the self feedback of javelin technique to study the effect of, and select students for experimental research. According to the research purpose and meaning to the subjects were divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group to strengthen self feedback teaching method in teaching, and the control group with traditional teacher feedback teaching method in the teaching. In different stages of the experiment ended, the control group and experimental group respectively for performance test, the result of the test, this paper compares and analyzes to verify strengthening self feedback the degree of influence on javelin technological learning. Conclusion through the analysis of the research are as follows:1. On the teaching experiment of the final result of it, strengthen self feedback way than just USES the way of teachers’ feedback of movement technology teaching effect is good.2. Self feedback teaching as a means of teaching process and teaching effect optimization, can improve the students’ ability to analyze problems, enhance the consciousness of students to participate in teaching activities, promotes the development of students’ creative thinking, to improve the teaching efficiency, facilitate students to master skills, improve the teaching practice.3. The study of teachers’ feedback and self feedback relation, is advantageous to the scientific arrangement of feedback in the learning content and form, to adapt to the practitioners of the formation law of sandstrom, psychological characteristics and motor skills in order to maximize the efficiency of sports teaching.
