| The Flipped classroom teaching mode is the product of the information technology era.It is a new type of teaching model that aiming at the ability cultivation,the information network platform and the actual classroom as the intermediary,based on group learning,focusing on pre-class self-study and internalization of class and after class knowledge and skills.This paper focuses on the design and implementation of the flipped classroom teaching mode in the back gliding shot put,and explores its concrete objectives and process methods by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,and analyzes its effect,furthermore,puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the teaching mode,so that it can scientifically and effectively integrate into the track and field teaching of physical education institutions.The study draws the following conclusions:1.The Flipped classroom teaching mode is applied in the practice of back gliding shot put.It needs to cultivate students’ self-learning ability,to improve teachers’ ability and accomplishment,to build a professional learning system,and to strengthen the theory in practice.2.The video resources of the Flipped classroom virtually increase the physical exercise frequency of student participation in class and after-class.Meanwhile,the group study can help student better play and explore the students’ ability and potential,more conducive to student evaluation and improve throwing results.3.The self-test questions of learning content are arranged in the class and after class of the flipped classroom to deepen the understanding of the theoretical knowledge of students,so that the students can master better theoretical knowledge.Compared with the traditional classroom teaching mode,the flipped classroom is more conducive to improving the level of theoretical knowledge of students in the back gliding shot put(P<0.05).4.Compared with the traditional classroom teaching mode,the flipped classroom is more conducive to improving students’ interest and attitude,self-learning ability and problem observing,analyzing and solving ability(P<0.05).The main reason is that the flipped classroom teaching will combine mobile learning and classroom teaching to meet the psychological characteristics of students’ learning,and throughout the teaching process to guide students to identify,raise and solve problems. |
