Objectives:The paper wants to research and analysis on the Biomechanic and EMG characters of the Back Gliding Shot Putting Technique of LI Ling who won the champion at the Asian Games in Doha,and to study the characters of force on the main phases and the characters of surveied muscles all the whole process.Through these methods to create new understanding on it, and to provide the certain theoretical basis for the scientific training and improvement of the score on the future.Methods:By using real-time EMG and platform to fixed pointed tracking test for LI-Ling.Collecting and Analysising the EMG are used Megawin6000Instrument and Megawin2.3a12software which are all made in Finland.And EMG combined with segment force analysis to described the skeletal muscle system detailedly.Through DLUT4060-2platform which are made by the Institute of Sports Science of Dalian University of Technology,we collected the Reacting Force to the person.Conclusions:(1)The ending moment on the Gliding,to get less angle between the right leg and the ground,increase the moving place on the horizontal surface,prolong active time,achieve the comparatively large component force and acceleration,the left leg may opportunely actively press.(2)The component force on the horizontal surface may be decreased. A little longer requiring time at the transitional stage,a larger angle on the right knee at the ending moment of the transitional stage and the limited muscle tension and elastic energy lead to not achieve maximal strength of the right leg muscle,and not good at actively stretch and influence component force on the horizontal.(3)The larger angle between the ground and the incorporative force on the three-dismention may not good at acceleration of the body and the shut putting on the horizontal surface and may decrease ultimate throwing distance.(4)The values of the MF and MPF and the iEMG of the right Quadriceps femoris muscle-rectus famoris are the maximum,and the loading of its iEMG is maximum in the tested muscles.Because the right Quadriceps femoris muscle-rectus famoris rapidly contract through quickly active the Fast-Twitch.The less time of the transitional stage and the less angle between the ground and the incorporative force on the three-dismention are good things.Their values may consider many factors,including the first velocity which may keep speed of the shut putting,reasonable posture before shutting at the ultimate phase and so on.So looking for the time of the transitional stage and the angle between the ground and the incorporative force on the three-dismention,which may suit personal character, are very important.Decreasing their values merely and blindly is not wise.Therefore, during the training, what do we do is to actively seek movement structure which suit personal skilled character, and not follow other person.On the routine training, the skills and tactics should be balanced with the strength training.The body strength should be enhanced,especially to the Quadriceps femoris muscle.Using the vibration strength training and the core strength training,the strength of the trunck and the smaller muscle groups should be strengthened,and the coordination between the nervous system and the skeletal muscle system should be enhanced.They may improve the score.
