A Study On The System Dynamics Model Of Reserve Talents Of Athletics Gymnastics In China

Since the reform and opening up,China's artistic gymnastics project to take the government-led management system,artistic gymnastics made several decades of glory.But in recent years,China's artistic gymnastics reserve personnel shrinking dramatically,2016 Rio Olympic Games Chinese gymnastics team to create a zero gold medal silver medal in the history of the worst results,the China's artistic gymnastics from decades of glory to the bottom.China's economic base has shifted from the planned economy era to the market economy,artistic gymnastics "national system" is bound to transition.In the context of social transformation to establish a suitable for China's socialist national conditions,full of sustainable development of competitive sports gymnastics reserve talent development model and its importance.This paper takes the reserve system of artistic gymnastics in China as the research object,from the perspective of the overall development of the system,the system dynamics as a tool,the use of qualitative analysis,system analysis and system dynamics simulation and other methods to determine the artistic gymnastics reserve talent system The model of the gymnastic reserve personnel system is constructed and the simulation and verification of the model are carried out by the actual data.The model of the gymnastic reserve system is established by combining the physical development obstacles and the training content of the gymnastic athletes,the main research content and results are as follows:(1)Using the Delphi method and the confirmatory factor analysis method,the index system of the reserve talents of the artistic gymnastics in China was established,among which three first-level indicators,ten second-level indexes and 32 third-level indexes were used to determine the weights of the indicators,Reveals the inherent structure of the entire index system.(2)The systematic dynamics analysis of the personal development process of the gymnastic athletes shows that there are two obstacles to the growth of the gymnastic athletes in the process of personal development,such as the weakening of interest,the increase of injury and the obstacle of complacency.(3)The macro level reveals the cultivation of artistic gymnastics athletes,that is,including athletic ability and potential development,scientific and cultural accomplishment development,improve the development of personality three aspects.(4)The analysis of the causal chain of the system dynamics of the artistic gymnastics reserve in China shows that there is a positive feedback between the number of "world champion of gymnastics" and the attractiveness of the reserve talents,that is,"the number of gymnastics world champions" can reflect the Chinese gymnastics from a certain level The level of competition and the development of reserve personnel training.(5)The simulation results of the system model show that the driving force of the existing gymnastic reserve system is relatively simple,and the source of the beginning is the core factor that affects the operation of the whole system.(6)The system dynamics model reveals the pros and cons of the old system of the reserve talents of artistic gymnastics in China.It is the main measure to promote the sustainable development of China's artistic gymnastics reserve talents system.It is the main measure to promote the sustainable development of China's artistic gymnastics reserve talents system by strengthening cultural construction and optimizing the educational environment.
