| The development history of competitive sports has a long history.Under the national system,the achievements of competitive sports in China have been continuously improved.However,with the continuous development of socialism,the cultivation and development mode of traditional sports projects has appeared.The shortage of reserve talents and other development problems have become the key to the sustainable development of competitive sports.On September 2,2019,the General Office of the State Council issued a notice on the outline of building a strong sports country.In this context,this study takes " the hometown of gymnastics in Guizhou " as the entry point,focusing on the deep mass foundation of Rongjiang gymnastics project.Under the circumstances,understand the current situation of the cultivation of reserve talents for competitive gymnastics in Rongjiang County Children ’s Gymnastics School(hereinafter referred to as the Sports Training Center),analyze the factors affecting the cultivation of reserve talents for competitive gymnastics in Rongjiang,find out the difficulties encountered in the cultivation of reserve talents for competitive gymnastics in Rongjiang,and analyze the results of the survey.In this paper,the literature data method,field investigation method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis and other research methods are used to study the countermeasures for the cultivation of reserve talents and sustainable development of competitive gymnastics in Rongjiang County.The main contents of the research are the development course of reserve talents training,the training mode of reserve talents,the basic situation of athletes and coaches,the learning and training situation of athletes,the competition situation,the material guarantee situation of reserve talents,and the analysis of the influencing factors of the training of reserve talents of Rongjiang competitive gymnastics through factor analysis,including conditional factors,athletes factors and coaches factors,and put forward the countermeasures for the sustainable development of the training of reserve talents of Rongjiang competitive gymnastics.The conclusions are as follows :1.Government departments to increase attention,expand funding sources.The government can provide policy and financial support for the sports training center;increase cooperation opportunities with social enterprises,educational institutions,etc.,achieve resource sharing,and expand funding sources.2.The athletes are 4-6 years old,and the contradiction between learning and training is not prominent.The annual training time is between 250-300 days,and the training time is sufficient;each year to participate in 1-2 provincial competitions,Rongjiang held three provincial competitions,athletes lack of competition experience,so that athletes in the provincial competition adaptability is poor,prone to errors.3.The professional title structure and educational level of coaches are reasonable.83.33 % of coaches are national masters,with high sports level allocation,low wages,few opportunities for on-the-job training and learning,lack of scientific selection,and single enrollment channels.4.The venues and equipment of the reserve talent training base can meet the needs of training and hosting competitions,but the source of funds is single,and a special medical security service team and reserve talent pool have not been established.5.Through the distribution of the questionnaire on the influencing factors of sustainable development,spss was used for factor analysis,and the factors affecting the cultivation of reserve talents of Rongjiang competitive gymnastics were divided into three dimensions : condition factor,coach factor and athlete factor.Sustainable development countermeasures :1.Government departments to increase attention,expand funding sources.The government can provide policy and financial support for the sports training center;increase cooperation opportunities with social enterprises,educational institutions,etc.,achieve resource sharing,and expand funding sources.2.Establish a scientific selection mechanism and create a diversified training model.Formulate competitive gymnastics special test content and standard score table,strengthen the coaches in the scientific selection of learning and communication;cooperate with Rongjiang Second Primary School to integrate resources,share resources and realize the integration of sports and education.3.Increase the training period and improve the logistics support of reserve talents.The training period of Rongjiang Sports Training Center is only 3 years.Increasing the training period can avoid brain drain and improve the success rate of reserve talents.Establish a ’ talent pool ’ to archive the training and competition of athletes,so that coaches can teach students in accordance with their aptitude.4.Strengthen the construction of coaches and improve the reward mechanism.Organize job training,increase academic exchanges,and formulate coach standards for the selection,assessment,and employment of coaches;in view of the actual performance of coaches and the competition results of the athletes,rewards are given to improve the enthusiasm of coaches.5.Independently hold events to increase the experience of athletes.’Investment attraction ’,holding social competitions,divided into professional groups and interest groups to attract different groups to participate;cooperate with various schools to carry out school gymnastics competitions,replace practice with competitions,exercise athletes ’ on-the-spot adaptability,and stimulate students ’ love for gymnastics;in cooperation with relevant sports institutions,carry out interesting sports,improve the comprehensive ability of athletes,and promote the positive transfer of sports ability.6.Using the Internet platform to promote Rongjiang gymnastics and expand its influence.Regularly do gymnastics knowledge propaganda,universal popularization of ’ Guizhou gymnastics township ’ gymnastics culture,create gymnastics culture atmosphere;with the theme of ’ the place where the world gymnastics champion dreams of Rongjiang ’,we invite famous athletes of Rongjiang to do online sharing meetings to increase the exposure of Rongjiang gymnastics and promote Rongjiang gymnastics culture. |
