Recent years,cheerleading is experiencing rapid development and multiple communication ways,which is ushering in the golden era of cheerleading.However,the opportunities and the challenges is coexisting,the problems are exposed with the gap between China and other powerful nations,the immature theoretical system,the development model still needs to be optimized,etc.In 2004,after gymnastic center approved,the National association of cheerleaders is formed,and relevant policies are successively introduced.Since then,Cheerleading has goals and plans for long-term sustainable development.It becomes an important research topic on how to training the reserve personnel in right and scientific way.Basing on certain Cheerleading reserve personnel index system,using dynamic asportable,the thesis is researching on the index system of reserve personnel and model simulation.The methods of researching include Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and etc.Which has the value of theory and practice in analyzing the situation of China reserve personnel development,optimizing development model and making relevant policies.The main research and conclusions:(1)The thesis clearly defines cheerleading reserve personnel: The youth Athletes have a foundation who will become the top of cheerleading athletes after exploit their potentialities.The thesis proposes the concepts of cheerleading reserve personnel system,uses the systematic approach to comprehend and analyze it.And it is found that the constitute of the system has a certain structure and different functions of complexity,and also has the characteristics of non-linear,high-order,multi-feedback and etc.(2)The index system of China cheerleading reserve personnel is under the index evaluation model of target layer-criterion layer-element layer-index layer,it establish first-class indicators: quantity,quality and development,total of 3 indexes.Second-class indicators: the number of coaches,the external policy,management,etc.total of 14 indexes.Third-class indicators: scientific training plan,talent introduction,total social organization,total of 60 indexes.Which use Delphi method to test the validity and reliability of questionnaire,adopts the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)in this research to determine the index weight.(3)Using VensimPLE software to constitute the SD model of China's cheerleading reserve personnel system.The results of validity test indicates that the model has good coherence with the real system,and the error rate was between 10%,indicating the highcredibility of the model.(4)There are three development modes,Traditional Development Model(TDM),Combination of Sports and education Development Model(CDM),Resources integration and Coordinated Development Model(RDM),are set in the simulation mode.The simulation analysis is conducted on the dynamic change state of China's development between 2010 and 2024 by using the model obtained through the effectiveness test,and the advantages and disadvantages of the three development modes are analyzed,Which provides decision-making reference for the development of China's cheerleading and the formulation of relevant policies in the future.
