The research object of this study are the secondary school teachers,in order to explore a better method of management of secondary school teachers group,allowing them to remain positive and optimistic attitude,then fully put them heart and soul into the people's education cause,and wish to use the beneficial experience to promote other education research field.In this paper,social support used as the independent variable,and subjective well-being used as the dependent variable,while introducing of work family enrichment variable,to discuss work family enrichment's impact between social support and subjective well-being and its mechanism.Based on previous studies,this paper put forward the model and the hypothesis of this study.The study regards 600 secondary school teachers in total from Wuhan city,Hubei province and Nanning city,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.The questionnaire surveys are in order to research the relationship among secondary school teachers' social support,work family enrichment and subjective well-being.And according to the research conclusions provide a reference for middle school teachers' management practices.Through the questionnaire surveys and statistical analysis,this study drew some conclusions as follow.(1)Social support,work family enrichment and subjective well-being are significantly different in demographic variables like age,educational background,school types and the title.(2)There are positive correlations among secondary school teachers' social support,work family enrichment and subjective well-being,and the impacts on the dimensions are significant.(3)The mediating effects that work-family enrichment played between the organizational support and subjective well-being were significant,but the mediating affects it played between the family support and subjective well-being were not significant.(4)The mediating effects that Family-work enrichment played between the social support and subjective well-being were significant.(5)Some internal and external factors that affects the level of secondary school teachers' social support,work families enrichment and subjective well-being are mainly includes three aspects:the individual's psychological state and teachers' professional identity,the degree of mutual promotion between work and family,and social(school)security.
