Basic education actively serves the national major strategy,undertakes the responsibility of training the new generation who can shoulder the heavy responsibility of national development,and needs to constantly improve the quality of education.The key to achieve this task is to build a team of high-level,innovative and professional teachers,which requires education researchers and administrators to pay attention to whether primary and secondary school teachers can maintain positive emotional experience and a high level of job satisfaction,that is,happiness,and explore its internal mechanism,so as to propose strategies to improve teachers’ happiness and help teachers reduce their physical and mental burdens.Stimulate the potential,improve their own ability,so as to promote the effectiveness of the construction of teachers.From the perspective of "work-family relationship",this study explores the potential ways in which job remodeling affects teachers’ happiness.The questionnaire method was used to investigate 335 primary and secondary school teachers in Shandong Province.Relevant statistical methods were used to process and analyze the data,and the following results were obtained:(1)Job remodeling of primary and secondary school teachers significantly positively predicted teacher happiness.(2)The conflict between primary and secondary school teachers’ work and family plays a mediating role between job remodeling and teachers’ happiness.(3)The gain of primary and secondary school teachers’ work on family plays an intermediary role in the relationship between job remodeling and teachers’ happiness.(4)The professional identity of primary and secondary school teachers plays an intermediary role in the relationship between job remodeling and teacher happiness.(5)The gain of primary and secondary school teachers’ work on family and professional identity play a chain mediating role between job remodeling and happiness.According to the empirical results of this study,strategies and suggestions for promoting the happiness level of primary and secondary school teachers are put forward from the perspective of schools and teachers as follows:(1)Improve the happiness of primary and secondary school teachers by strengthening their work reconstruction.Schools should carry out job remolding training for teachers,create a certain working space for teachers,and empower teachers.Teachers themselves should determine their job responsibilities,reconfigure their work resources,improve their cognitive tendencies,and establish positive working relationships.(2)Improve the happiness of primary and secondary school teachers by reducing the conflicts between their work and their families.The school improves the humanized management system,carries out career management,and expands the career development path of teachers.Teachers learn how to adjust themselves,deal with work-family conflicts,and build a harmonious relationship with those around them.(3)Improve the happiness of primary and secondary school teachers by increasing their work to the family.Schools focus on building positive and harmonious work-family relationships and develop policies that facilitate the benefits of teachers’ work for families;Teachers improve their skills to balance work and family,break down barriers,and achieve mutual promotion between work and family.(4)Improve the well-being of primary and secondary school teachers by enhancing their professional identity.Schools improve the teacher guarantee mechanism,improve the level of scientific management,give teachers more teaching autonomy,and strengthen the atmosphere of democratic decision-making and harmonious teacher-student harmony;Teachers themselves establish lifelong professional beliefs,establish correct values,determine reasonable goals,keep pace with the times,and play a role model.
