The development of education is very important for our country.In recent years,China’s basic education has entered a period of rapid reform and development,but as the main force of education reform and development,teachers’ overall working status is not optimistic.Relevant research shows that a large number of teachers have different degrees of work-family conflicts,especially among primary and secondary school teachers.Work and family are the two most important fields in an individual’s environment.Dealing with the relationship between work and family is very important not only for primary and secondary school teachers,but also for the development of education in China.Work-family enrichment refers to the degree which the experience gained from work or family helps to improve the quality of family or work.It is necessary to explore the influencing mechanism of work-family enrichment for primary and secondary school teachers,and to explore the strategic suggestions can help them improve their work-family enrichment level.Leadership style refers to a special behavior of leaders with distinct personal characteristics,which can be felt by subordinates,and it may be an important work field variable that affects the work-family enrichment of primary and secondary school teachers.This study explores the relationship between leadership style and work-family enrichment of primary and secondary school teachers,and the mechanism of work engagement as individual variable of teachers and parental support as influencing factor of family field in their relationship.On this basis,it discusses the strategic suggestions to improve the work-family enrichment of primary and secondary school teachers.In the part of empirical research,917 primary and secondary school teachers in Jinan were taken as survey samples,and they were investigated by questionnaire with《Transformational Leadership Style Scale》,《Chinese Version of U-trecht Work Engagement Scale》 and 《Work-Family Enrichment Scale》.After data analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Leadership style can significantly predict the work-family enrichment of primary and secondary school teachers.(2)The work engagement of primary and secondary school teachers plays a mediating role in the relationship between leadership style and work-family enrichment.(3)Parental support plays a moderating role between work engagement and work-family enrichment.The work engagement of primary and secondary school teachers without parental support has a stronger predictive effect on their work-family engagement.Based on the above empirical research results,this study puts forward the following strategic suggestions to improve the work-family enrichment of primary and secondary school teachers:(1)Play a leading role and promote the work-family enrichment of primary and secondary school teachers.School leaders should set a good moral example in front of teachers,actively play a leading role,and guide teachers to establish a positive working attitude.(2)Enhance the professional confidence of primary and secondary school teachers and improve their work engagement level.To understand the status quo of primary and secondary school teachers’ work engagement,improve the status of primary and secondary school teachers’ work engagement,and improve the positive feelings of them on work.(3)Adjust Parental support properly and improve their work-family enrichment level.Teachers in primary and secondary schools should learn to deal with the relationship between their work status and their parents reasonably,improve their own ability to bear responsibility,make families reach a better state in different situations,and improve their work family enrichment level...
