Research On The Prevention And Control Of Public Opinion Of College Emergencies In The Context Of New Media

Nowadays,the rapid developments of the Internet already penetrate into people's work,study,life and other fields increasingly.China's society is presently in the transition period,and it is more likely to exert an unexpected event compared to the past.Colleges and universities are important public organizations and educational and scientific research institutions,personnel-intensive and relatively free ideological environment,together with the existence of uncertain factors in the process of development of colleges and universities.It is easy to lead to public opinion in the event of college emergencies if deal with it improper,and ordinary network public opinion may lead to network public opinion crisis.Therefore,colleges and universities and relevant management departments gradually attach attention to the sudden occurrence of network public opinion prevention and control management.The paper attempts to analyze and study the prevention and control of public opinion in colleges and universities by means of literature research,case analysis and other methods through the use of the theoretical basis and methods of public management and crisis management.By combing and drawing on the relevant research results in the past,this paper chooses three cases of reality to carry on the comparative analysis,finds out the problems of colleges and universities in dealing with the emergent event public opinion,achieves the purpose of exploring ideas for the university public opinion prevention and control management.The thesis is divided into three parts:introduction,text and conclusion.The first part introduces the background and research status of college emergencies and their network public opinion,and emphasizes the necessity of strengthening the research on the prevention and control of network public opinion prevention and control in the new media age.In the first part of the text,it defines the relevant concepts of the thesis,including the emergencies of colleges and universities.the public opinion of the university,and shows the relevant theoretical basis involved in the study.Then,three cases of colleges and universities are selected to deal with their public opinion,in order to provide empirical material.Finally is the purpose of the paper,according to the lack of guidance in public opinion in colleges and universities to explore the reasons for its problems,and then combined with the characteristics of the new media environment,trying to make a useful attempt for the prevention and control of public opinion in colleges and universities under the new media environment.The conclusion part mainly highlights the political background and importance of the network public opinion work in the new period,and once again emphasizes the necessity of strengthening the supervision and management of public opinion prevention and control in colleges and universities.Colleges and universities'guidance of public opinion is not empty castle,it needs knowing for the process,characteristics,the law of network public opinion,as well as characteristics of college students and other public Internet users,on this basis to build a emergencies network public opinion mechanism for the colleges,and then continue to strengthen the system of intervention in the formation of standardized daily long-term mechanism,be good to public opinion prevention and disposal for colleges and universities in the future.The possible innovation of this thesis is to explore the issue of public opinion of colleges and universities from the perspective of crisis management,pay attention to public opinion prevention and control,and provide different ideas for the prevention and guidance of network public opinion crisis in colleges and universities.At present,although there are many research results in the research field of public opinion early warning mechanism of local government to deal with public emergencies,it still lacks researches of the prevention and management of public opinion in colleges and universities.Therefore,there are still many problems in the elaboration,basic conclusion,and research and analysis of this paper,and it needs more related aspects research in the future.
