Dissemination And Response Of Network Public Opinion Crisis In Major Public Health Emergencies

Entering the 21 st century,with the dramatic change of media ecology,social risk and thus cause the crisis of public opinion in China is not only present a blowout situation in number,its either on a macro level such as political development,economic progress and social stability,and the effects on the micro level such as personal life more and more difficult to predict and control.At the end of 2019 the outbreak of COVID-19 outbreak as a wide range,long duration,is complicated and is closely related to human destiny of major public health emergencies,in which multiple network public opinion crisis exposed the relevant government departments for event handling insufficient consideration,vigilance against the crisis of public opinion is not high,a lot of problems such as the inefficiency of public crisis response.Therefore,how to reduce the emergence of network public opinion crisis,how to effectively deal with and reduce its negative impact is still an important research topic.This study tried to comb summary network public opinion crisis,crisis communication,crisis management,on the basis of research results,such as induction medium ecology evolution under the new characteristics of China's social risk and crisis of public opinion and correlation,two aspects from the event and the mood on the formation of network public opinion crisis and trigger mechanism,and further to COVID-19 outbreak occurred in three case analysis of network public opinion crisis,explore the major public health emergencies in the formation and propagation law of network public opinion crisis,Then put forward more comprehensive and targeted principles and strategies to deal with the crisis of network public opinion,hoping to provide reference for the government and relevant departments to deal with the crisis of network public opinion scientifically and effectively.
