Research On The Competition Mode Of M University

With the competition of higher education service market becoming more and more fierce,the problems of limited resources and institutions of higher learning restrict their own development.With the introduction of the western strategic theory,the strategy theory has been widely applied in universities at home.The application of strategic theory and the application of cases can improve the applicability of the theory to institutions of higher learning.At the same time,institutions of higher learning provide a better theoretical basis for the development through these application studies.The thesis takes M University as the object of study.M university is located in Guangxi,the capital of Nanning.Since 2004,although the development of schools is more prominent.But in recent years,with the changes in the external environment,especially the competitor's increasingly powerful,the school itself and there are many problems in the development of the lack of funds,lack of talent,mode of thinking,scientific decision-making.These problems are seriously affecting the subsequent development of M university.The first is the internal and external environmental factors on the M University for investigation and analysis,summed up second and paired with various factors,and ultimately to strategy formulation and selection,finally guarantee of the development strategy and puts forward measures and suggestions.This paper analyzes the internal and external environment conditions and factors of the University of M,were analyzed by SWOT,including the external opportunities and threats,internal strengths and weaknesses,matching analysis matrix of each factor using SWOT,so as to carry out the development strategy of M University's orientation and choice.To realize the development strategy of M University,we should put forward the guarantee measures from the aspects of talent training,alliance and cooperation,special and excellent combination of strategy.The paper will improve the competition ability of M University,select the development strategy according to the actual situation and take the scientific and reasonable development way,which has the guiding function and practical significance.
