quality affects the development of literature and art of China.Study the effect of guangxi university art students ideological instruction theory helps to promote socialist cultural construction,promoting the development of guangxi university art students ideological and political education work,to improve the comprehensive quality of art students also have very big help.At the same time,advancing the actual effect of guangxi university art students ideological instruction theory and is the inevitable requirement of development of literary career,is for China and asean is an in-class lectures and other research methods,randomly selected from the art students of six universities in guangxi as investigation object,objective truth to investigation and research of guangxi university art students ideological situation and existing problems of theory.Found in the study of art students ideological theory course has obtained certain result,art students state of mind as a whole is positive,healthy and upward trend of good,also there are some problems at the same time,i.e.,the secondary college degree of attention to the ideological theory course is not enough,the management of the student does not reach the designated position;Teachers' insufficient understanding of teaching objects,teaching contents lacks pertinence;The teaching method is not flexible;The students' classroom discipline is very loose and so on,these are for art students effective development of ideological theory brought obstacles.In view of the theory course effectiveness obstruction of causes,this article through from the negative effects brought by the multicultural impact on theory class\"education\" goal,bad network information about art produced negative impact,flashy false negative expression of the art and literature and art society practitioner's\"celebrity effect\" the negative effects of the misleading of the cognition of art students,thought the corrosion analysis
