Teaching is the main way and content of university education, and teachers are the dominant factor in the completion of teaching tasks. University teachers creatively disseminate cultural and scientific knowledge by teaching, and further cultivate high-level professionals needed by the community. Classroom teaching is the basic organizational forms of modern university teaching. The process of teaching is the process of interaction between teachers and students, and teachers will always be in a dominant position. And teachers will affect the students by their own ideas, feelings, beliefs, habits, knowledge and beliefs through various acts consciously or unconsciously. We can not deny that university teaching has the characteristics of difference and flexibility. Professional education of different disciplines should be organized according to different ways of teaching. However, following certain standards of teaching is a basic premise that guarantees the quality of teaching. Therefore, the research on university teachers teaching behavior is meaningful to constantly regulation of classroom teaching and improvement of teaching skills and the quality of teaching.Based on the theoretical achievements and ideas of sociology, pedagogy, and management, the present research aims to discuss the problem of classroom teaching deviated behavior of university teachers using the research methods of literature and survey. It analyzes the main presence of deviated behaviors of teachers in higher learning institutions, as well as the main reasons of this result. Finally, the author proposes a number of corresponding suggested measures to prevent and correct the deviated behaviors in the classroom teaching of teachers in higher learning institutions.The thesis is divided into four parts. Starting with the concepts of the "act" and "teaching behavior", the first part makes clear the definition of classroom teaching deviated behavior of university teachers. In the second part, firstly it sums up the main performances of teaching deviated behavior by questionnaires and interviews done in a comprehensive university and combines some literature, and then investigates the present situation of teaching behaviors in university level by questionnaires, which aims to understand the situation of the deviated behaviors in the universities. The third part is the focus of the thesis. The reasons includes the impact of social transformation on the moral values of teachers, the missing of university teacher education mechanism and so on, disorder in the functioning of standardized management of the university teaching, simplification of teaching management, the conflicts between teaching and scientific research. Then, the thesis analyzes the reasons for teaching deviated behaviors mainly from the aspect of inadequate of teacher's quality and their differences. The fourth part proposes some suggested measures for the preventing and correcting the deviated behaviors: construction of positive moral values of university teachers; strengthening the functions of teaching standard management; enhancing the flexibility in teaching management; coordination of teaching and scientific research contradictions; attaching importance to the training of teaching ability.
