Analysis On Working Mechanism Of Professional Social Sports Instructors In Zhengzhou City

Social sports instructor is an important force to promote the development of national fitness.Since1993,the China Sports Commission has launched a series of policies,such as Skill-grading System for Social Sports Instructors,Social Sports Instructor National Occupational Standards and Social Sports Instructor Management Approach to strengthen the construction and management of social sports instructor team.China's social sports instructors can be divided into two categories: public welfare social sports instructors and professional ones.And the professional social sports instructor is the core of the social sports instructor team,which is the important subject in promoting the development of national fitness.However,few people have studied and analyzed the current situation and working mechanism of their work at present,which makes people can not understand their working characteristics and can not get their existing problems and the measures to be taken.This paper takes the present situation of the professional social sports instructor in Zhengzhou city as the starting point,and studies its working mechanism by following study methods: documentary method,survey method,Statistical method,logical analysis and so on,hoping to see the work situation of the whole professional social sports instructor team in China.After briefly introduced the basic definitions of“professional social sports instructor” and “working mechanism”,as well as the Modern Organization Theory of working mechanism research and Gallup's Performance Theory,this paper systematically analyzes the current situation of the working mechanism of professional social sports instructors in Zhengzhou city from the perspective of current system,target system,organization and operation mechanism,and sums up its existing problems and the measures to be taken.Conclusion and suggestion that this paper gets are as following:(1)The present working situation of professional social sports instructors in Zhengzhou City:professional social sports instructors are mainly from all kinds of health club,individual sports clubs and other institutions in Zhengzhou.Their goal is mainly to get the ideal salary,to improve business ability,and to create the fitness business.The professional social sports instructors who have professional qualification certificate distribute like pyramid-type.And the primary is the most,while the social sports instructor is theleast.Professional social sports instructors are mostly engaged in the fitness coach,basketball,sports dance,and other conventional types of jobs.The training methods are mainly conventional training methods:demonstration method,explanatory introduction method,and the practical training method.(2)There are still a series of problems to be solved in the work mechanism construction of professional social sports instructors in Zhengzhou city,for example,the rules and regulations of Henan province's sports department are not sound enough for the actual situation itself;lack of the overall layout and coordination of the administrative departments;the level of professional qualification level needs to be improved;the proportion of job distribution imbalance is prominent;the innovation of work style is not enough;the work environment needs to be further improved;the evaluation scale is small and unreasonable mechanism is very obvious and so on.Aiming at these problems,this paper makes corresponding recommendations in perfecting the professional social sports instructor system,improving the organization management system of the professional social sports instructor,and rationalizing social sports instructors operating mechanism.
