E-learning behavior refers to various kinds of network behaviors related to learning,including information retrieval,information processing,information dissemination,information communication,problem solving,information evaluation and so on.It is of great significance to study the behavior of each dimension in online learning for improving the e-learning behavior of college students and the quality of college students' e-learning.This paper takes the e-learning behavior of college student as research object,takes the theory of psychology and behavioral science as the theoretical basis,and summarizes the research status of the domestic and foreign e-learning behavior,from the connotation of e-learning behavior,the e-learning behavior model,the characteristics and the regular of e-learning behavior,the tracking and investigation of e-learning behavior,the influencing factors of e-learning behavior,the e-learning behavior monitoring,the diagnosis of e-learning behaviorand the evaluation of e-learning behavior,etc.E-learning behavior model is a bridge between the theory of e-learning behavior and its practice,which plays an important role in the theory and practice of e-learning behavior.Based on the definition of the concept of e-learning behavior,this paper draws on the construction method of the existing e-learning behavior model.The e-learning behavior is divided by using the hierarchical analysis method,according to the hierarchical theory of complex system.Eventually,we construct e-learning behavior model of six levels.From the bottom to the top,the model includes the information access behavior,information processing behavior,information dissemination behavior,information exchange behavior,problem-solving behavior and information evaluation behavior.Taking the online course "information technology course teaching theory" as an example,this paper collects the learners' e-learning behavior data in the process of learning,and takes the six-level model of e-learning behavior as the analysis frame,and analysises the behavior data corresponding to the six levels of e-learning behavior model,and induces and summarizes the characteristics and laws of college students e-learning behavior,and also diagnoses the e-learning behavior problems of college students' e-learning behavior.It is found that college students' e-learning behavior has the following characteristics: college students' e-learning behavior is inclined,including the tendency of college students to study the multi-type resources,and the tendency of college students to acquire dynamic knowledge.College students tend to network group learning activities.The online learning behavior of college students is characterized by concentration and peak.There are differences between the behavior of college students' information release,including the behavior of different college students' practice items,and the quality of the content of blog posts and college students' posts distributed by different learners is uneven.The college students' online course assignments are assaulted.The problems of college students' e-learning behavior are mainly as follows: the time distribution of college students' learning course content is low,and the frequency or time of college students e-learning isdifferent;the interaction of college students' e-learning behavior is not strong and the quality of the interaction is not high;college students' self-learning consciousness is not strong,the persistence of e-learning is generally poor;college students lack of e-learning evaluation and reflection behaviors.In view of the above problems,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to change the behavior of college students' e-learning from the aspects of online course design level and e-learning behavior level.(1)The level of online curriculum design: we can provide rich and high quality online curriculum resources;and provide a variety of knowledge access;we can rationally distribute the theoretical knowledge and practical application;and combine the individual learning with group learning.(2)The level of e-learning behavior:we can cultivate the self-learning ability of college students,and improve the enthusiasm of college students to e-learning;Providing convenient communication and communication tools to improve the quality of online student interaction behavior;The combination of interest cultivation and external supervision to improve the persistence of college students' online learning;we can regularly carry out the mutual evaluation and reflection activities online learning and improve the e-learning reflection ability of college students.
