High school students are in an important period of the development of life, as facing heavy academic pressure and academic burden, it is prone to learning burnout.Studies have confirmed that the current situation of high school students' learning burnout is pessimistic.Since learning burnout is disadvantaged to learning engagement,and prohibit the improvement of academic performance,so understanding the factors that influence learning burnout has an important theoretical and practical significance for preventing learning burnout.This study explores the antecedents of learning burnout for high school student,and studies how this antecedents influence learning burnout. Academic self-efficacy and family functioning were considered as antecedents to learning burnout. By means of the study of learning burnout, we will have theoretical support while helping students improve their academic self-efficacy and reduce their learning burnout.In this study, 560 high school students were surveyed, from three middle schools in a county of Shandong Province, and were finally collected a total of 484 valid questionnaires. Data was collected by using "Family Assessment Device(FAD)","Academic Self-efficacy Scale", "Middle School Students' Learning Burnout Scale.""Independent Samples t test","One-Way Anova Variance Model","Correlation Analysis","Multiple Regression Analysis" and "Structural Equation Modeling" have been used as statistical analysis. The results are as follows:(1)Nowadays, the high school students' family functioning is totally healthy,and there is no significant difference in their Behaviour Control between sexes, but there is a statistically significant difference in other dimensions between sexes; in Communication, Affective Responsiveness and Overall Function, professional difference is significant; there is no significant difference in their family functioning between grades.(2)High school students' level of academic self-efficacy is medium; there is no significant difference in academic self-efficacy between sexes, but there is a significant difference in academic self-efficacy between grades; in learning behavior self-efficacy, professional difference is significant.(3)High school students'level of learning burnout is not seriously; gender difference and grade difference are not significant in learning burnout,but professional difference is significant.(4)A significant positive correlation exists between family functioning and learning burnout; a significant negative correlation exists between family functioning and academic self-efficacy.(5)High school students' academic self-efficacy can negatively predict learning burnout, the higher student experiences academic self-efficacy, the lower learning burnout level.(6)Academic self-efficacy played the partial mediating role between family functioning and learning burnout.
