Research On The Realization Method Of High School Students' Sports Rights In Harbin

With the implementation of quality education where students are required to obtain comprehensive development, sports play a significant role in process of comprehensively promoting the speeding-up development of quality education. However, phenomenon such as occupying students' physical class, extracurricular activities not being implemented smoothly still exists,violating students' sports right.Study methods of documentation, questionnaire investigation, interview and on-spot investigation are adopted in this paper. According to study result, students' sports right is defined within scope of law and constitution. And according to policies and regulations from educational administrative department, freedom to participate in sports activities for students includes enjoying right to accepting sports education, joining in extracurricular activities and so on. Sports teachers and students in some high schools in Harbin obtain vague understanding of sports right concept and connotation. Methods for students to achieve their sports right include participation in sports class and activities, physical test and using of sports equipment according to its requirements. Problems faced by high school students in Harbin include insufficiency and occupation of sports class, limitation of extracurricular sports activities, bad implementation of students physical test work, etc.Solutions are brought out to protect students' sports right from perspectives of nation,school, family and the individual. As for nation, perfection of legal system, establishment of supervision department, increase of investment for schools' sports and adding sports in University Entrance Examination are of great importance. As for school,strict implementation of the nation's related laws and rules, increasing attention to sports right and strengthening the construction of physical education teachers are included. As for family,it requires parents to change idea of "valuing intellectual education,ignoring sports 'and encourage children to take part in sports activities. Students also need to take initiative to know about sports right and enhance right protection consciousness as well as cultivate good sports habits.
