In kinder garten and school conditions at dif ferent levels, there are some differences in the case of young children to partic ipate in sports activities. Partially funded by private kindergartens and other conditions of restricted space equipment can not m eet needs children to participate in sports activities.(3) Harbin kinder garten physical activ ity into the form of physical education, outdoor sports, indoor sports, games and morning exercises. Most of the kindergarten in the spring and summ er outdoor sports activities to ensure that m ore than two hours of time in the fall and winter seasons are essent ial to ensure the out door sports activities for more than 1 hour.
