University students' relationship learning is activities,which is based on partner peer interaction,establishes a good relationship with each other,and then is able to share information,understand mutually and produce exclusive memory to promote the qualities of study and life.Based on social network theory,this study describes the overall situation of university students' relationship learning,analyzes whether it is a significant difference in demographic background variables,and explores whether there is a significant influence between structural social network,relational social network and relational capital to university students' relationship learning.Taking Z University as the case,this study selects full-time college students and postgraduates as the research objects,and utilizes SPSS 17.0 to process and analyze the questionnaires.Based on the analysis of the questionnaires data,following research conclusions can be obtained:Firstly,the overall score of Z University students' relationship learning is above the middle level.And the score of structural social network,relational social network and relational capital are also at a higher level.Secondly,Z University students' relationship learning does not exist significant differences in demographic background variables,such as gender,grade,education background,discipline,from where,parental rearing pattern.Thirdly,verifying the theoretical assumptions through structural equation model,results are as follows:university students' structural social network has no obviousinfluence on the relationship learning,and relational social network has significant positive influence on the relationship learning;university students' structural social network and relational social network have significant positive influence on the relational capital;university students' relational capital has significant positive influence on the relationship learning;university students' relational capital has no obvious mediating effect on the path of structural social network and relationship learning,but has a significant mediating effect on the path of relational social network and relationship learning.Fourthly,there is significant correlation between structural social network,relational social network,relational capital and relationship learning.What's more,a standardized regression equation can be established through multiple regression analysis as below:relationship learning= 0.469 xrelational capital + 0.254 xrelational social network + 0.064x structural social network.The influence of relational capital to university students' relationship learning turns out to be the most significant,followed by relational social network,and next structural social network.According to the research conclusion,in order to improve university students'relationship learning,suggest that open curriculum on human communication,improve cognition to relationship learning,create good environment for communication,encourage positive interaction between partners,build up mechanism of interpersonal trust,and inspire the individual subjective initiative.
