In essence,education is an ethical act,and every detail of kindergarten education is full of ethical meanings.When the light of professional ethics is not into the kindergarten reality the seeds of dilemmas breed and spread invisible,so that the kindergarten teachers can not find the direction of action and behavior rules due to ethical dilemma.What is the ethical dilemmas has always been a controversial topic and is also the focus of this study.When the "wenling" fancy child abuse events happenfrequently,when the kindergarten teacher's responsibility is subject to its own and external causes,and experience realistic choice of "multiple doors",It makes us to trigger our vigilance and think about the ethical dilemma in the educational field.Under the premise of responsibility as the core of professional ethics and throughout the ethical dilemma.This study defines ethical dilemmas as follows:In particular ethical situations,teacher's confusion on awareness of responsibility,the burden of responsibility,the choice of responsibility.And the corresponding ethical dilemma is divided into "hidden dilemma","obvious dilemma" and "dilemma".And then classifies the ethical dilemma of the real teaching scene with the interview and the case,analyzes the causes of the ethical dilemma and finally discusses the solution of the ethical dilemma.The specific research paths are as follows:The first part is Introduction,which includes the origin of the study,the literature review,main content,theoretical and practical significance and the explanation of basic ideas and methods system.What's more,the obvious and hidden ethical dilemmas within the domain of preschool education and the isolated situation of kindergarten teachers prompt author to do this study.Then we define the ethical dilemmas of kindergarten teachers' professional activities.First,the ethical dilemma is defined under the premise that responsibility is the core of professional ethics and all dilemmas can be attributed to the dilemma of responsibility.And divides the three types of ethical dilemma in kindergarten teachers'professional activities:hidden dilemma","obvious dilemma" and "dilemma".This study combines interviews and cases to classify the ethical dilemma of kindergarten teachers' professional activities.The hidden dilemma can be divided into two types as follows:action over the bottom line and malfeasance because of ignorance;The obvious dilemma can be divided into three types including the trouble because lack of ethical knowledge,the trouble because lack of ethical practice ability and the trouble because lack of moral courage.Finally,the justice and care dilemma between teachers and children,the plight of educational view conflicts between teachers and parents and loyalty plight between teachers and colleagues are all belongs to the dilemma.The next section presents the characteristics of ethical dilemma in kindergarten teachers' professional activities.The features are as follows:the hidden dilemma is the biggest dilemma within the field of early childhood education;the obvious dilemma is the plight of the teacher as the subject of responsibility;the dilemma is a kindergarten teacher professional activities responsible for the selection of distress;Hidden dilemma and obvious dilemma are "real dilemmas" experienced by kindergarten teachers in professional activities.Then we discuss the causes of ethical dilemma in kindergarten teachers' professional activities.The concrete reasons can be divided into:the confusion in the era of Multiple;the diversity of serving objects in the field of early childhood education,the lack of ethics guidance and lack of professionalism.Finally,we put forward some proposals based on the reason analysis:Establish and improve the access system of kindergarten teachers and teachers' professional ethics education;Build kindergarten teacher's professional ethical norms;Create ethics-focused kindergarten culture;Improve kindergarten teachers' professional ethics accomplishment.
